   I love Sixty Vines. Last night was an exception. Out of specific wines on the menu. Hair in our olive oil cake and again another out of wine after the first glass. It was kind of our waitress to comp the cake and a salad but we were charged double for the wine that was never delivered. Big bummer for a birthday dinner.

   My first time but it won’t be last! Great food & service. The rainbow trout was superb as was the pork chop and everything we ordered.

   It took 45 min to get first round of drinks than another 45 for food. Very noisy and disorganized. Management was not prepared for number of guests they had.

   We had our double birthday celebration for myself and my MIL there last night. Great service by Josie, the ambiance was excellent and the food was delicious. Great celebration, we’ll be back for sure!

   Unfortunately, this was not a good experience for us. We made our reservation at 5:30 on a Sunday, so we could make a 7:30 show. After an hour and fifteen minutes, we still had not received our entrees and no ETA on when they would be done. While the salads and appetizers came out quickly, we sat for a solid 45 minutes without our entrees even though the order was placed at the same time. We also witnessed other tables that sat after us that ordered the same entrees as us that received their food. The service was also slow and inattentive. The restaurant clearly had overbooked with large parties without the right level of staff to support the needed capacity. We ended up leaving in order to make our show. Our waitress attempted to make things right by comping our salads and appetizers, but I would have much rather had a meal (steaks, etc.) before a 2.5 hour show. I am sure this is not a consistent experience with this restaurant because I continue to hear great things about it, but it was a disappointing experience for me, my parents, and my daughter.
