   After we were seated took about 20 min for someone to come and greet us. Service was pretty much non existent the entire time we were there. Food took forever to be brought to the table. When food was dropped off not a word was said, not asked how things were going or if we needed anything from neither our server nor the food runners. Drinks weren’t refilled (they brought out two large jugs of water at the beginning of service but didn’t check on soda refills.) It’s a shame because the food was actually good but the rest of the experience was so lackluster that I felt I had to write this review. I’ve previously been to this location and the Winter Park location and previously had GREAT experiences it was a shame this day was such a bad experience.

   My first visit, recommended by my guest and it was excellent. Our server Mia was exceptional, made wonderful recommendations, and was very engaging. The food was delicious, very flavorful and prepared perfectly..We truly enjoyed our evening and will be back.

   The food here is always excellent. The individual servers are great too, but there aren’t enough of them and it seems that the front of the house management is out of control. The meal takes entirely too long - on two separate occasions. If you have two hours or more for a casual dinner and don’t mind 20 to 30 minute stretches without any service attention, this is your place. Again, the servers are pleasant but clearly in the weeds because the front of house is improperly managed. It is not the individual servers who are working hard.

   I believe that each dining experience tells a story, and my recent visit to Sixty Vines on Sand Lake Road was no exception. Initially, I faced some challenges in contacting the restaurant for reservations, which left me feeling anxious about the evening, especially since we were celebrating my wife’s birthday. However, my concerns melted away as soon as we arrived. We indulged in an impressive array of dishes, including the tri-tip, buttermilk chicken with caviar, Brussels sprouts, salmon, and a delectable pork chop. Each dish was crafted with care and flavor, showcasing the kitchen's commitment to quality and creativity. The star of the meal was undoubtedly the Harissa shrimp, which offered a perfect balance of spice and richness. The wine selection at Sixty Vines deserves a special mention; both our red and white wines were served at the perfect temperature, enhancing the overall dining experience. The cocktails were equally impressive—festive, well-crafted, and a delightful addition to our celebration. I was pleasantly surprised with the service. Our servers, worked seamlessly together to ensure that our experience was enjoyable. Their attentive nature and ability to adapt to our pace made a significant difference. I appreciated how they were able to adjust the service speed based on our needs; a simple request for a quicker pace was met promptly. Throughout the evening, it became clear that Sixty Vines has a unique approach centered around social interaction and festivities. The ambiance fosters a sense of community and celebration, making it an excellent choice for gatherings. However, I believe that solidifying the process for making prior arrangements could enhance the overall experience further, positioning Sixty Vines as a top venue for dinner parties. All-in-all, Sixty Vines Sand Lake Road exceeded my expectations and turned what began as a nerve-wracking experience into a memorable occasion for my wife’s birthday!
