   When we arrived i asked for a window table. Was told they could sit us until one was available. We sat down and with in 15 minutes the table beside us got up and was finished. I asked if we could now move over to that table and was told no. The noise level was like that of a night club could barley here the conversation at my own table. Unsure of to why we couldn't move when we asked and we're told otherwise but unfortunately probably will not return.

   Start with the manager who appeared to be high and unbothered. Waited over an hour to be seated with reservation. Food came out cold, drinks were not refilled only liquor, Childs drink had 3 staples floating in her Shirley temple which made the entire party asked for water for safety purposes. Bill had charges for food that wasn’t ordered. Never was offered a seat for the wait nor water until requested and then we were offered a seat downstairs in the lobby bar area with kids. A terrible way to spend a birthday. Too late to get another reservation

   Very nice ambience, good food options and delicious as well. Definitely recommend this place for a great experience.

   I dined alone and had a wonderful meal and experience. My table location was perfect and the service was top notch.

   I had the shrimp with pasta and it was cold. I see the food is made in a different kitchen and then brought up in the elevator which could explain why my food was cold. Where put the picture of water on my cup and everyone else’s cup when he poured the water.

    I had the pleasure to dine with you on the evening of the 29th. I have been here a couple of times and I always choose your location when I have guest coming to town. Needless to say that the views are the best way to welcome someone to the district. Unfortunately, I had a a very subpar experience this time and I feel it’s needed for someone to hear how bad of failure this experience was. Checked in and the host was incredibly friendly! Got us seated and as always, had a good start. Unfortunately, it went downhill from here. Server did not introduce himself, neither ask for drink or apps order. After being seated for 15 minutes, he finally approached the table to fill up waters and we took advantage to order. Important to say that one of the water glasses had lipstick. This few minutes felt rush as he did not offer any recommendations and was looking around instead of paying attention. Once appetizers and drinks hit the table, we were able to order with him. Asked for recommendations and he mentioned that flatbreads were premade and that no options were offered for kids neither the chef would be willing to accommodate. Once we ordered, food didn’t came out until 7pm, after us being there for 1:15 minutes! I finished my drink halfway trough my appetizer and was never offered a second drink. When I order one, it never came out. Food came out, Cesar salad came with tomatoes- not mentioned on the menu, neither asked by the servers if we had any allergies or dietary restrictions. Steak came well done when ordered medium rare. Tried to say something, but no quality checks, EVER. No manager touching tables, just stacking glasses and pretending to be busy. At this point I was embarrassed with my guest and asked for dessert menu. Chocolate mouse- terrible. No coffees offered. Very sad that such a venue is so poorly managed.
