   My reservation time was changed the day of our dinner. When we arrived, we were seated in a service corner— no views despite making a reservation weeks in advance. My husband and daughter ordered Steak Frites, and what they got was definitely NOT that. It was beef tips in sauce with French Fries, rather than a traditional hangar steak. Service was slow. The pizza and dessert redeemed the experience. We expected better from a nice resort.

   Waited well over an hour for dinner. Waitress was overwhelmed. 20 to 30 min to get drink refills. Couple on our party had to leave because dinner took so long because husband has dementia and was falling asleep and getting aggravated because he was so hungry. I don't feel they should have paid for their meal. Trying again tonight earlier ..5:30 and hoping it is a better experience. Absolutely amazing experience tonight. Waitress, Lilly Anna was very attentive, drinks were brought right away and food was less than a half hour! She continued to check on us on a regular basis, always getting additional drinks, etc. right away. Food was delicious, St. Patrick’s day drinks were really good. We especially appreciated the manager, Jocelyn, who was checking on all the tables to make sure everything was up to everyone’s expectations. Between Lilly Anna and Jocelyn, we left with an extremely better feeling, forgetting about the night before. Thank you for all that you both did!!!!

   Incredible night celebrating my parent’s 50th Anniversary with family. Exceptional service & food…and an amazing dessert for my parents. Highly recommend!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   Jocelyn and Carlos were wonderful. Our experience was nothing short of fantastic. The food was delicious and the service was exceptional.

   We had a seat by the window and got to watch an amazing sunset. The service was top notch. Food was very good as were the drinks. We will definitely go back.

   We had a party of eight. The food was delicious but what made our experience even better was our server Malcos. He was so helpful and so attentive. He is a credit to Oglebay.

   Great atmosphere, food was good, we got the buffet that had good selections to choose from. Service, missed alcohol drink ordered and waited for check a bit. Overall, good place to dine.

   Service was awful and my entree was stone cold. The French onion soup was excellent, but not so good that I’ll return a second time.
