Slope Room is an Alpine Bistro focused on the connection between Rocky Mountain farmers and ranchers. Pasture-raised, sustainable proteins, and locally sourced produce are front and center at the sophisticated yet cozy restaurant and bar. Wonderful atmosphere, amazing food. The trout was excellent and the duck appetizer should be an entree! The staff was kind enough to give us the table by the fireplace for our engagement dinner. We Would definitely dine there again.

What a fabulous meal! The service was warm and friendly but also polished. The smoked duck and the Rocky Mountain trout were both very tender. The accompanying veggies were delicious, and really all the flavors and textures were so well balanced. I only wish we had saved room for dessert. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

We were seated at a table in the back that was so noisy that we had to yell to be heard. The noisiest restaurant experience in memory. Fortunately, they moved us to a quieter table and we had a delicious meal with great service.
