   I checked the correct itemized bill and everything is correct when I got a check out bill. I used the credit card machine to process the payment and the machine automatic select 18% but there’s no total amount was showing on the screen and you have to sign to process the payment. I saw the total amount after I signed that I realized that the amount is incorrect. We report to the manager right away and he was helping us to check the issue. Few mins later, he came back and said sorry, the machine grabbed a wrong bill. He just only said a sorry and not try to doing anything at all. What you mean by sorry. You over charged me and not even try to void the transaction? The customer paid someone else’s bill and you just said a “sorry”. This is not a right way to do to the customer . I’m sure that they can void the transaction but they choose not to do it and have the customer to over pay . This is not a great customer service to service their customer. They definitely need to re train !

   A group of us sat outside in the patio. The noise was pretty much whatever was happening on the main street. The service was friendly, food was delicious and beautifully presented. Cute vibe. This was my second visit and will return again.

   The service here was excellent and the food was also excellent. We sat in the covered outside area and the only complaint is that a food delivery truck was left running for a long period of time and the noise was very annoying. I'm not saying that this was the fault of the restaurant but it seems like they could have noticed it and asked the delivery driver to turn off his motor.

    We normally have such a wonderful time there. Sunday brunch really needs a lot of work. I ordered the eggs Benedict with my eggs scrambled. The eggs were cold. The hollandaise sauce was cold. When I asked for warm hollandaise sauce, they said it would separate. I make hollandaise sauce all the time it does not separate if it’s done properly and it’s never cold. So I was a little frustrated with that. The service was a bit slower than normal too, and it wasn’t busy so I was wondering what the problem was. Our waitress was very nice however she was pretty forgetful and if you can’t remember things, maybe you should write them down. It just wasn’t the normal experience that we normally have there. It was pretty disappointing. It won’t keep us from going back, but we won’t be going back for brunch
