   I had been to their location on Cherry Steet in Tulsa years ago, but not this Owasso location. A bit tricky finding it. I arrived at 1:15 on a Thursday, so a moderate lunch crowd. I was seated very quickly by a friendly smiling hostess. My server was Angela, if I remember correctly. She scored points right away, when I asked if they had any flavored ice teas. Her reply was no, but that they had some fruit infusion offerings. I chose the raspberry. Upon seeing meatloaf on the menu, I knew what I would order, as it is a standard of mine. Great flavor and great mashed potatoes with it, which I had upgraded to their loaded choice. The green beans were good, cooked but not overcooked. I ate half my meal, packing the remainder away, as I’d preplanned to do. Ahhh yes, a key lime dessert offering. The others sounded quite tempting as well, especially the fudge chocolate choice, but it had been ages since I’d had anything key lime. Very tasty and somewhat tart, but not overly tart. A great graham cracker crust along with it. A perfect ending to a very good lunch. I will return.

   Nice restaurant and the ambiance was good. My husband had the meatloaf and he said it was fine. I had the wagyu burger. The burger was fine but the fries were barely warm and not crisp.

   We have been dining at Smoke on Main in Owasso frequently over the past two months. The food was wonderful, as always. However, when we booked our reservation, we noted that it was a special event (anniversary). We were hoping we would be seated in a more secluded booth. Instead, we were at a table in the center of the restaurant. There was no acknowledgment of our anniversary at all. It seemed pointless to ask the question at the time of making the reservation if the special event isn't celebrated.

   I ordered the catfish and it looked amazing. I asked for tartar sauce - but they didn't have any. They had, instead, a remoulade which I was served. I should have tasted it. I really should have tasted it. But I didn't. And my big bite of remoulade covered catfish set my mouth and tastebuds on FIRE. Couldn't taste anything after that.

   Great service even though they were very busy. Food was great and our server, Gabby, did a phenomenal job! Love having business lunches there.
