Reserved for early dinner and asked for a table for 8 with nice view. We were seated in the middle with a view of the bar and a wall…

Overall, we had great food and great service at lunch, unfortunately the noise level was extreme. My husband and I were lunching alone and do not usually yell at one another, but today it was the only way we could communicate. We were originally seated on the benches where it was reallly noisy and I have to congratulate the staff who quickly moved us to another “quieter” area. ( it was still very noisy!)

My guest was eaten there earlier this summer, and I was a first-time customer. Hostesses, bartender, and our server were all outstanding! My guest had the mixed flavors of half dozen raw oysters on the half shell, and her main dish was the shrimp dish. She really enjoyed every bite! I had the small bowl of clam chowder, and my main dish was the sea scallops. I loved the chowder and the scallops but was put off by the sauce, which put me off eating the broccoli, carrots, and most of the rice. Both mains included a sweet potato chip wedged in the rice, which we liked so much that we asked for a side of it on its own. Ended up taking the rest of the chips home. We closed the place, so we didn't get to sample any desert. We will be back but during daytime to also enjoy the view.

The noise level was fine - very festive. My sister is visiting from England and loved everything. It’s one of my favourite places to eat. As with all restaurants these days, wine is far too expensive. Otherwise I totally recommend it.

Food was good, would like to try it again during the day and warmer months. Service lacked, Waitress was unable to answer any questions regarding portion size and all condiments arrived when our meals were half finished. More training recommended.

The restaurant is very comfortable with a wide variety of seating options...the seafood we ordered was excellent. The calamari starter was an excellent choice. The mussels were cooked to perfection although the soup base ended up being a little too oily and salty. The orange roughy was delicious and cooked beautifully too. The key lime pie had a soft mousse-like consistency which was lovely, but it was placed on a very hard pie shell that was a challenge to get a fork through. Overall, the dining experience was very good 👍🏽

Jessica was our server and she was just simply amazing. She improved our experience from an 8 to a full 10. She was so positive and energetic and full of good knowledge about the menu and the drinks and also the history of the restaurant.
