We had a nice day in the quiet corner and the service was very good. We both ordered the gnocchi and had the plates in front of us after five minutes. That gave us a kind of a fast food feeling. The portion was was small, but very delicious. However, we had the feeling that it was overpriced for what it was.

We had high hopes for this restaurant before our musical at the Queen E. our server Sergio/Serge was welcome and then went into sale mode. He spent 10 minutes going over menu suggestions with us asking. Then when he took out order and realized that we were not big eaters and would not be ordering the list of items he suggested, which was enough for 8 not the 4 that we were, his mood completely changed. He was not happy with us. He tries to upsell again with no luck. The food we ordered was tasty but a little overshadowed by his service. Sorry we may or may not be back.

I loved the ambience here and would definitely go back. The music is a little louder than most restaurants but we enjoyed the tunes. Sat near the pizza ovens where you can watch them make the shells as they toss them in the air.we shared the calamari which was ok, the ceasar salad which was good but the winner was the risotto sablefish. The waiter mentioned that the lamb risotto was the really good too so will try that the next time. Overall a great restaurant with great food and an upbeat restaurant. I loved the décor! The only negative was our seat; we sat at a bench table and found the bench to be a little close to the table. That said, there are many tables with chairs. Just something to consider when booking a table. A reservation is a must on a Friday night . Perfect place before going to a QE performance.

Our first time at Social Corner. We loved it! As a gluten free diner, it was great fun to see a menu where I could eat most things on it. Food was delicious and service was excellent.

I really wanted to like this place. Service was top notch. Ambiance; equally so. Husband's Sablefish entree was excellent. Many of the dishes and pizzas we saw being served looked great, but.. I ordered what was described as Bolognese which is supposed to be made with vegetables (mirepoix) and a combination of ground meats (pork, beef, veal, etc), stock, tomato paste and a bit of dairy at the end, over pasta. What I was served was a Ragu of delicious Marzano tomato sauce over pasta with a helping of shredded beef on top with Burrata cheese and micro-greens. Again, delicious but not anywhere near a Bolognese. Had I wanted Ragu it would have been fine but this was not a mistake I was expecting in an upscale Italian restaurant.... The dessert menu is at best, limited. We opted for their Gelato. Very disappointing presentation of a single scoop each in clear glass, flat bottom cups. The Gelato was neither rich, nor creamy. Simply put, it was flat with a dry finish. As I said. I really like the place and the vibe as it is beautiful but there is definitely room for improvement in the kitchen.

Just a great neighborhood spot. We go for the calamari which is excellent. It was a Monday night so they sent some servers home which slowed the service down just a bit but our server was still attentive and affable considering how many tables he was running.

Extremely long wait times for things to show up at the table, and service quality requires improvement.
