Sprinkled with a taste of the owners' Greek lineage, this Southern European-inspired Restaurant and Cocktail bar is made memorable by a plethora of grilled dishes, heritage architecture, and luxurious decor.     A really lovely ambiance, good service . We really enjoyed the small share plates , including the tuna tartare, octopus , eggplant salad and salmon . We are planning on returning, very enjoyable.

    On the outside Sofia looks like it’s just a room above a pub, that is until you step up into the restaurant and then it’s wow. Great service, wonderful food all you need to bring is the excellent company which we did. The lam ribs are always a go to. Great place and way to spend a Saturday afternoon.

    What a lovely restaurant with the loveliest staff. The food was amazing - especially the tuna carpaccio with Granny Smith apple. And a great wine list. The decor was lovely too. Was a bit quiet for a Friday night so more people should go - it’s a new Surry hills gem.

    This place is gorgeous! I loved the decorations and atmosphere, everyone was very welcoming and kind with our group (14pp) very patients, food shearing was really nice.
