   Well, once again, Filipe was beyond amazing!! I kid you not he’s the best waiter we have ever had and we adore him. Beyond exceptional service and just the sweetest guy ever. We also love the manager there!! I wish I could remember his name. Absolutely best service and we will be back again very very soon.

   Met a friend for lunch. The service was great! Our server gave some recommendations and I thought that she was being honest and not just trying to sell something. She even refilled my soda without me even noticing. I will definitely be back!

   Delicious, authentic regional flavors of Mexico. No Tex Mex here; if you love melted cheddar all over your one color food this is NOT your place. Well seasoned, great sauce accents, creative. Especially love the brunch menu. Fanita portion huge, corn tortillas throughout. Healthy! Super nice, friendly, attentive staff. Lovely space.

   Great food, great Restauarant Week Deal. Do NOT go if you are in a hurry. It is interesting that SOL restaurant takes great pains to make sure you understand that it only allows a 75-minute dining time -- when it took over 90 minutes to get all of dinner served. At about the 80 minute mark, another server asked if we wanted the check, and we told her that we would have liked the dessert we ordered. It was a busy night, and finding our server to ask about the margarita ordered nearly 45 minutes before was a challenge. It is pretty rude to tell your customers they have to get out in a set amount of time when you cannot handle the demands of a busy night.

   Shane was a great server and shaped value in his position. Although our fitness who we came to celebrate was gluten and dairy free the chef messed up and then the n the bill her food was listed. I shouldn’t have to ask for a credit for food that was messed up when it was listed on the reservations I made of gluten and dairy free along with feeling the server. Overall good food and drinks for a lunch celebration .

   The chicken and steak tacos were definitely on point. Super tender, juicy and for somebody that is kind of picky and makes substitutions. I made no substitutions to these tacos and ate all of it. The waiter was super lovely. It was our first time in and he made sure we knew our options, even though we were there for restaurant week he let us know of other advantages we could take advantage of, and that was great. The service was a little bit slow for looking like it was a slower night at least it looked kind of slow but then again I could be wrong. It was Friday night, but overall great experience and will be back.

   This was not our first time at SOL, we have dined here as a group a number of times over the past 8 years. We are usually a group of 10-20 people and they are always so accommodating! Great restaurant that always delivers! The food, staff, and vibe are all great! Try the Chile Relleno - you won't be disappointed!

    Our food was delicious and LOvED the Denver Restaurant week special but had to ask our waiter to refill drinks constantly. It was disappointing how little he stopped by to see how we were doing during our three hour stay.
