The dining experience at SOLA was nothing short of exceptional. The Grand Tour menu showed remarkable culinary creativity and technical precision. Each plate was artfully presented, with complex flavor combinations that show both innovation and respect for ingredients. The layered textures and thoughtful composition of every dish reflected the kitchen’s extraordinary skills. SOLA has masterfully created an environment where exceptional cuisine meets relaxed dining. An absolute must-visit for anyone seeking a memorable and delicious culinary experience.

Claudia was magnificent as was the rest of the staff. The oyster dish was exquisite as was the chocolate desert. Everything was immaculate. HUGE standing ovation for the entire meal and experience

Uncomfortable seating, limited choice for both food and wine - overall not good value.

I love this restaurant and have been here many times. The food is generally very good, although in this visit the dessert was disappointing (it was dressed with a moss that had an unpleasant mouth feel, and the whole thing lacked texture). The menu we were given didn’t have the price on it, and I’d rather not have to ask. The wine flight prices were very high.

Good experience, definitely. The tasting menu is quite balanced, with original, tasty and very well presented dishes. It undoubtedly deserves a Michelin star and another visit. We liked it a lot. Everything was great and yummy, with the exception of the sashimi of the day and the last dessert, Mont Blanc, both flat and without the flavours of all others dishes. Service very good, attentive and professional. Ambience relaxed and quieted.

Good meal Wine list had about 8 bottles of white and 8 bottles of red which was very strange. After eliminating the bottles that cost over 500 gbp, very limited choice. Otherwise nice meal.

Went for Pre-Theatre menu on birthday - price had gone up by approx 30% day before which was a bit of a kick in the teeth (£58 to £75 plus 15% service charge) Food was good but every dish size was the same, meaning the main appeared no different to the starter. Duck on signature dish was very tough. Left hungry (got chips on way home) Drinks were extortionately priced - £24 for an americano and a latte and £8 for half a beer that was not introduced and put in front of me so had no idea what it was. There was only a wine menu (cheapest glass of red is £28 quid) so had no idea what these drinks would cost up front - poor etiquette. Ambience was nice but sat all the tables by the front door, guessing this is an attempt to pad the restaurant out but meant didn't see rest of the restaurant. Nice place, won't return

Their regular priced menus are way beyond our budget but we thought we’d try the pre theatre at £59. Despite being given the wrong menu and the turbot we ordered turned into a scallop, all the food was fantastic. Even better was the £39 wine pairing with 4 fabulous wines. Nice team too!

I’ve been before and now it’s just not as good as it use to be . 4 tables only . Sat night .. champagne warm , premium wine pairing was not worth it and pairing were not great with the food , food not exciting, flavours boring. Did not enjoy and will not return.

The course was worth the value for a 1 star Michelin restaurant and the pineapples ginger mock tail was amazing . The course was explained in a thoughtful manner and the atmosphere was really pleasant.
