   This restaurant was amazing. The pappardelle and osso bucca was fabulous! My son had the sea bass and it was cooked to perfection with a tomato soup type base. Such a great atmosphere and the food was phenomenal. If I ever visit SD again I’ll definitely go back.

   I had dinner with an East Coast co-worker I hadn’t seen for 37 years. Solare was the perfect venue. Food and service (by Francois B) was excellent. Although the restaurant was busy, there were no challenges having good conversations. When Cygnet Theatre opens their new Liberty Station location, I will be dining often at Solare.

   Excellent all around! Our dinners were exceptional, the service terrific, and the recommended wines were perfect. It is always such a terrific experience to dine at Solare!

   The food and service was superb across the board. It is perhaps just a little noisy - but it works, this restaurant is meant as for dining as a social event. Great for couples or small groups. We will do it again!

   The wine room was private & fabulous to celebrate my 70th BD!! Wines were excellent & such attentive service. We loved the mussels, truffle pasta, burrata and spinach salad, lentil soup & bread. My husband liked the halibut but I did not care for the thin sword fish entree. The pistachio crème brûlée was to die for. All in all, excellent and we will be back.

    We had a wonderful dinner here. Sat at the Chef’s Table and watched Temo and Luis cook and they were fantastic. The staff here is very helpful and help each other out.
