Not the best service. Realized after they charge your credit card before hand so that’s why they could care less about going above beyond for service. They also include your gratuity beforehand as well ambience super cute if you’re looking to take Instagram photos otherwise almost like a pop-up restaurant.

We were seated along the window. I think the restaurant should have a half shade coming from the bottom up to block out the homeless on the street.

Such a fun place to go for my best friend's birthday!! We had the lunch menu and was great. Next time we'll try the tea set. Makes us smile to see all the flowery & Christmas decor.

The ambience was very nice and the food was excellent. What I did not like was not understanding how to check in. When me and my party arrived, it was a mob scene with people spilling outside, and the staff was scurrying around to attend to all of the customers. To make things easier I asked another person waiting outside if they had checked in so that I didn’t go into the restaurant ahead of other people. This person seem to be very controlling and stated that the hostess would be outside to greet us. This customer said so in a very rude way, as if I was trying to push my way in. So me and my party patiently waited, however while we were doing that other parties just rushed in and checked in with the hostess. So they need to really streamline the check-in process because it is chaotic at best. It is extremely crowded there so I felt claustrophobic within the restaurant and very overwhelmed. We had to wait for our reservation and they seated the people that pushed ahead before we were able to sit down. I’m a person with a disability so that meant that I stood in pain outside without a place to sit down. Outside seating may have been nice especially for those patrons that have disabilities. This may be an indication that they need more staff to handle all of the chaos.
