La Bodega is our favorite dining location. The menu is 100% vegetarian and/or vegan, everything so creatively created, organic and seasonally local. Portions are very generous and fairly priced, service is friendly and attentive. They really know their wines, and membership in their wine club is available. Our current favorite dish is roasted artichoke hearts in a phenomenal tomato ratatouille sauce. Oh, and the (vegan) lava cake!

The food is delicious, creative, organic and locally sourced. We appreciate the extensive plant-based dishes. We loved the stuffed artichoke hearts in ratatouille, the creamy wild mushroom pasta, and the pear tartlets in a Port reduction for dessert. Superb! We pre-ordered our choices, which the request, so service was smooth and friendly. It’s a fave, going again next month for a birthday dinner!

Wonderful evening at La Bodega! After being greeted, and thoroughly hugged by Meekk, my husband and I sat side-by-side and shared two starters, a main dish and a dessert. The mushroom ravioli is to die for! The food and wines were lovely and we were guided through our tastings by the knowledgeable and delightful Ori. For the record, we are not vegetarian but nothing was lacking in our dining experience. This place is a gem!

La Bodega kitchen is “not a restaurant” but it is my favorite local place to eat. The vegetarian and vegan food is amazing (they no longer serve meat) ! Especially fond of the mushroom ravioli, the sauce is so good. We always get extra food and especially Meekk’s desserts to take home so we can continue to enjoy our leftovers. The decor is eclectic, sort of like you are visiting someone’s home, so it is comfortable without being pretentious or fussy. New since their Sonoma plaza wine shop closed, a very talented and funny sommelier offers you many tastes at the table. We tried so many different wines we did not bother ordering a glass of any one in particular, but we did go home with a couple of bottles of ones that we really enjoyed. The Sonoma WIne shop part of this experience is their popular wine club (to which I have belonged for many years) in which they really pay attention to the varietal and style(s) that you like, and try to interest you in wines from other small vineyards that are similar. Since most wine clubs only sell you what they personally bottle, this is an interesting approach that works very well for me!

I have no words for this magical place. La Bodega Kitchen is your home away from home. The food is Incredible. Meekk is wonderful and so so joyful and full of life. Everyone that works here is so personable and makes you feel at home.
