   We went on a Friday night, and it was a little more than half full. This is an order at the counter establishment, so I’m not sure why you need reservations. I asked about it when we were ordering and was told it doesn’t really matter, though he did have a few tables set aside in a different room for reservations and told us to just grab one of those if we wanted. The food was fine, and it came out in a decent amount of time. It took a while to get our drinks even though we just ordered two beers. We probably would have ordered more if there was a better system for it, but we’d have to go back to the front, wait line to order, and then go back to our seats and wait for someone to deliver the beers. This is a fine stop if you’re on your way to a game, but we probably won’t be back. There's nothing really wrong with it - we were just hoping for a sit down dining experience where we would be served at a table. This wasn’t it.

   The food and drinks were good, but the service was a little bit hectic and it took 45 minutes to get our burritos.

   **Disappointing Experience with Poor Communication** I made a reservation for 8 PM, and when we arrived at the restaurant, we were told that the kitchen had already closed. This was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Why take reservations for a time when the kitchen isn’t even open? The staff seemed indifferent to the situation, and no effort was made to accommodate us or offer any alternatives. I expect much better communication and customer service from a restaurant.

   los angeles is the US home of the best mexican food-but not here. looks, feels, sounds, and taste like a tourist trap. ordered the sonoran 3 taco plate at the beginning of dinner service, and ALL the meat was dry and tough. the music was absolutely horrible. i’ve had better food at the airport. no need to visit the west la location. definitely a ONE AND DONE.

   We went for Mother’s Day and my parents loved it. The food and drinks were delicious and the staff were friendly. Definitely going back again!

   Super excited to try this place. Walked in, no one to greet us. I found a waiter in the back. The techno music was so loud, I could hear it across the street. I commented on the music being so loud, the waiter was offended? Asked if there was a table away from the music, nope. We left. So, I really can’t tell you if the food was good. Our impression; AVOID. It was a 12:30p. lunch reservation.

    Our server Omar , was amazing . He was so attentive to the kids and understood that they were picky eaters . Took care of our 7 top with so much attention and was very polite . He went above and beyond for our table for no reason. He brought out a birthday dessert for one of the kids as well as played “Las Mañanitas” over the restaurant’s speakers for him . He just turned 4 , and he was talking about that dessert all day about how good it was ( Volcano cake). Best service, in a long time in the many restaurants we have dined . The food was amazing. We loved all of it . The kids gave it a 5 stars , and they are the pickiest eaters ever . And they absolutely loved it . We were are from out of town and came to the LA area to walk around the shops .We found this spot out of the blue , we left so full and so satisfied with the food we ate . We will definitely coming back if we ever stop by LA again. The restaurant itself is beautiful inside . Beautifully decorated and designed. They have a bar filled with different types of tequila. Even the Music playlist was spot on . So Thankful for the service ,the cooks, chefs and for the entire restaurant for giving us a wonderful experience here .
