   Upon entering the restaurant we were greeted very nicely by the staff. The restaurant was decently decorated. We were immediately taken to our table. The seating wasn’t very comfortable but we made it work. There was a gentleman playing the saxophone for entertainment, which was nice. Our server was very sweet and polite. Our drinks and appetizers came out hot and quickly. For some reason, our entrees took a long time to be served. When my entree finally came out, my lamb chops were cold but my mac and cheese was hot. The server took my food and brought me back a fresh plate, which was delicious. All of the meals my party ate were very good. When it came time for the check to be brought out, we waited a long time again to receive it. I would definitely revisit this restaurant, because the food was very good, however, the service could use some improvement. Our server was working several tables, some of which were on the opposite side of the restaurant. Maybe more staff is needed.

   I went to celebrate our 9th year wedding anniversary! It was definitely an experience! They gave us a beautiful card, played the anniversary song and bought over sparklers wishing us a happy anniversary! The food was amazing the service was top tier!!! I will definitely be back!!!

   Reservation made and we were seated upon arrival. Drinks were good! 🍸🍹 Food was excellent and portion size was amazing! 😋 Service was great! 👏🏽 The ambiance was exceptional! 🫶🏽 The music (jazz & live singer) was 🔥! The co-manger stopped by our table to see why we were there. Celebrating Black Girl Power, promotion, bonus, and raises! She brought out the sparkler and wrote each of us a hand written note! 💜💜💜 Will be back‼️

   We had a 700 pm reservation, And we were seated right away. The biggest issue was that our waitress was really bad!! We had to keep asking her for the simplest things . A sprite took her an half hour. We had to keep reminding her of what we asked for . Our food was decent ,I feel it was over priced . The service was so bad , half way through our meal ,we requested to-go containers . We asked for our check,and then we saw it had an 18 percent gratuity . That is a lot for really bad service and for only two people. But the craziest part is ,when I didn't want to give an additional tip she had an attitude. Please train your waitstaff to the caliber of an upscale restaurant when you're trying to charge like one.

   This was my first visit and was excited to see how well the reviews stcked up. I brought 5 others with me and they were very delighted with their entrees howver my salmon was cold and over cooked. I believe they prepared it and waited for the other entrees to be completed as all other entrees were served hot. Salmon is something they shoul stay away from preparing. I was very surprised not to find but one seafood item in the menu aand no catfish which is a staple of soul food. the music was nice but too loud as my guess and I found ourselves speaking very loudly to communicate. I would eturn to this restuarant but will not order salmon

    This was our first time visiting with out of town guests and to say they met our expectations would be an understatement. The ambiance was great, it wasn't too crowded the night we decided to visit. The food was absolutely delicious and delectable. We will definitely be back to try more goodies on the menu. It would be great if they hosted a theme night much like the decor of the restaurant. That would be a lot of fun to dress up and attend.
