   Great customer service, everything done in timely manner, great food, good music.. Sung me Happy Birthday and gave me a birthday card 🥰 No restaurant does that so that was the cutest! Love them down!

   The food was good the atmosphere not sure we had a terrible table against the wall that ruined the whole experience food was good a lil too pricey and the automatic gratuity was high but good customer service even though we asked for a manager and he never came to talk to us

   We chose Soul Shack to celebrate our 41st Wedding Anniversary. From the moment we entered Soul Shack, a delightful experience began. The warm greeting by the hosts, ideal seating and cheerful greeting by our server, Heaven, confirmed that this was the right choice. Though we. could have used the QR code to view the menu, Heaven was fully knowledgeable of the menu and offered suggestions for first timers. The beverages were refreshing, the stuffed chicken breast, spare ribs (both with rice) , greens, cornbread and peach cobbler were knockout delicious. We wanted to take our shoes off! The surprise Anniversary Greeting was a plus! Our overall experience was fantastic! The only suggestion is that the music be softer, as it was difficult to hear each other talk.

   Some food items were better than others! The soul rolls were definitely a hit!! The jerk on the lamb was a little too salty. The alcoholic drinks were definitely so good!!

   All the food was AMAZING!!! The atmosphere was INCREDIBLE!! Upscale soul food!!!! The live music was so good! Not too loud where you have to scream to talk to each other. Prices are reasonable and worth every penny!! I can’t wait to go back!!

    The food was amazing. Are server and waitress outstanding. The hostess at the front very polite. I can't stop think about the food. All 10/10 for everything we ordered.
