The restaurant looked really nice, but it wasn’t clear why the waiter seated us at the back in the corner, where the decor wasn't as appealing as the front. Plenty of empty tables. At our table, there was an occasional smell that resembled sewage, which came and went. The food was generally very good, but the round garlic pizza bread needed to be baked longer as it was quite pale, and the calamari was a bit soggy and was not crispy.

Having visited this restaurant before and always had a great time and great food we didn’t hesitate to book again for a special family occasion. However we were called less than an hour before the reservation time to be informed that the singer had broken down and probably would not be there. I wasn’t too worried about this as the restaurant has in the past had a great atmosphere anyway and is usually very busy. When we arrived however we realised why there was no singer as we were the only guests in the whole place so no point singing to one table! Im not sure what has happened but it was not what we expected. The food was ok not up to the standard we had experienced previously. We made the most of the afternoon but unfortunately won’t be visiting again.

Hi Eloise, Please accept our sincerest apologies that this had happened. Unfortunately the singer scheduled had broken down on the M25 which is a situation beyond our control. Our staff immediately contact all reservations scheduled that day to make them informed as it was unlikely (at the last hour) to find a replacement. We hope that you will visit us again in the near future and we can restore your faith back in Spaghetti Tree

First visit here and it was absolutely fabulous. The service and atmosphere was absolutely superb! Fillet steak was cooked to perfection (very fussy eater!) and all three dishes were cooked beautifully and tasted freshly prepared. The waiter (sorry we didn’t get your name, young man with short plaited hair) was great, very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Great lady singer who belted out some great music from a variety of genres and made us feel so welcome. Cannot wait to visit here again. Wendy and Kev - window seat.
