Die Getränke und Speisen dauert zu lange bis wir es bekamen. Manche Getränke wurden nicht gebracht. Der Service hatte zutun keine Frage, die können nichts für die Unterbesetzung. Vielleicht müsste man dann weniger Gäste annehmen. Die Klöße von der Ente waren kalt nicht durch und sahen nicht frisch aus. Beim durchschneiden waren sie hart. Trotz Reklamation vor Ort waren die neu gebrachten Klöße genauso. Der Burger war durchfettet. Wir waren um 19 Uhr da und um 21.15 Uhr kam unser Essen. Die Getränke 20 Uhr.

Das Essen war sehr lecker ich und meine Gattin hatten ein 2 gänge Menü, Vorspeise waren 200g Tatar und als Hauptgang, hatten wir einen Roastbeef (Medium) und denn Spagos Burger. Wir waren vom Geschmack her verzaubert. Wir haben zwar etwas länger gewartet auf das Essen und unsere Getränke aber das Restaurant ist auch sehr gut besucht. Und zum Preis, auf dem ersten Blicken sind sie schon hoch, aber für das was man bekommt ist er echt günstig. Das Ambiente war auch sehr reizend, wir haben gestaunt als wir ankamen.

Food was quite good. Service was really disappointing and it spoiled the evening. It was particularly just one waiter (female) who was extremely rude. Looked very unhappy in her job and had no patience whatsoever. We saw her raise her hand and walk straight past to other customers (signalling stop) when they were asking about their food not having arrived yet. For this reason I can't recommend Spagos to a friend.

Excellent food: the steak tartare was textbook but also accompanied by five tasty assorted relishes; the special duck with red cabbage, kale and potato balls (like giant gnocchi) was delicious. Very good Manhattan to start too, and a satisfactory Baden Spatburgunder affordably priced. However, I didn't get to try the desserts because the restaurant was understaffed, ridiculously so as the evening went on. I barely managed to get the bill paid, let alone get a server's attention long enough to order anything else. When you could get hold of the staff, they were really pleasant. The buzzy atmosphere, a bit like an American sports bar (although with music videos not sports TV) obviously attracts too many people for the current staffing plan! That said, I would happily visit again - I would just try to find a quieter time. Recommended despite those issues, especially since it's great value for such a popular location as Alexanderplatz (which has few other potentially really good restaurants).

Food good, bar service deplorable, not enough staff to cater for patrons. Bar manager was very poor. Toilets on 2nd floor not on restaurant level, and left a lot to be desired.

Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und nett. Frühstück ist sehr empfehlenswert: die Pizza von der Karte ist lecker.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit diesem Restaurant, sehr freundliches Personal - man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Essen war ebenfalls lecker, es war nicht Zuviel und nicht zu wenig also genau die richtige Menge.Es war ebenfalls sehr schön angerichtet.
