   First time diners for lunch. Only one other party there. The decor and bar area was lovely. Had to get the server’s attention we were ready to order. The Bruschetta was okay but surprised it was served on what seemed like regular bread, not toasted baguette or flatbread. The lettuce in the Strawberry Feta Salad was beyond its best date. Might give it another try but disappointed it didn’t turn out to be a great experience because it’s close to home. Needs improvement for sure.

   We decided to give this restaurant a try based on a recommendation from a friend. The inside of the restaurant is odd - the dining room side looked like it was waiting for the band to arrive. Also, quite dark. It wasn't crowded at all but we waited an hour for our food. We cancelled the salad after waiting 45 minutes for it. Then we waited another 15 for the entrees which ended up being lackluster. Not sure why everything was so slow but it ruined the experience. The waitress was nice but I think she was not only waiting on tables but also was tending bar. We love to support new restaurants but will not return to Tox.

   Prompt and friendly service. Dined outside and they have a great patio that is quiet and comfortable. Told our server we were in a bit of a hurry and he took our order and had it out in 20 minutes. We shared a bruschetta board and it was delightful. We will be back without hesitation.

   This was my first time in and we were the only table. We decided to stay and see what Tox had to offer. The food turned out to be exceptional and of course the service was too. I got the impression that service would have been great even on a busy night. The A/C went out before our meal was finished and the server brought out a fan for us. I will try again.

   The food was amazing! We had the NY Strip with the bacon fat potatoes and broccolini. The entire meal was fantastic. The service was exceptional and the atmosphere was great. We look forward to going back again.!

   Everything was absolutely delicious and the staff was so friendly. My bruschetta was the best bruschetta I have literally ever had. I tried a new dish they just added to the menu - the Guiness Mussels. All I have to say is wow! And homemade cannolis for desert....yum!

   Better bruschettas than Postinos! Had wine flights & bruschettas with my friends & so good. Great and friendly staff. the ambience is one of casual sophistication. Much needed in Carefree.

    I had an incredible dining experience at Tox Bar last night. The staff was very welcoming upon my arrival and all throughout my dining experience. Their signature cocktail menu had a fun twist to it based on the owners being in the medical field. I tried their 'Pain Killer' a spicy blood orange margarita that was delicious. Then I ordered an arugula salad that had a wonderful champagne vinaigrette on it. I wish I had the recipe to make it at home but I will for sure back to have that again. Lastly, for my entree, I had their Tuscan Tortellini and I could eat that every night of the week it was so good. I would highly recommend this place and will be back soon to try their bruschetta boards, salmon, and chicken parm. I watched those go out to the table next to me and my mouth watered as they went by. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. If you haven't been yet go check it out!
