Splendido at the Chateau offers wonderful Rocky Mountain dining featuring hearty yet refined American-European cuisine. In summer, enjoy a cocktail or dine outdoors on our flower filled deck and enjoy great views of Beaver Creek Mountain. As the sun sets and the mountain chill sets in, retreat indoors and get cozy next to our lovely, double-sided, wood burning fireplace.

We didn't quite know what to expect but were pleasantly surprised. The entrees were incredible (Pork Chop was amazing), and we loved the fig salad

I ate the sea bass and it was fantastic. The gingerbread soufflé was excellent. Staff was very friendly and talkative. For appetizers, try the ravioli. It was excellent and everyone at my table loved it.

The food is always outstanding and the service is the best. A changing and interesting menu keeps Splendido at the top of our list. So many great staff makes it hard to choose a favorite, but Demetri and Matt McConnell make this a special family tradition! Thanks

Our favorite Beaver Creek dining experience. Fig and apple salad was great and the Dover Sole and tenderloin were prepared perfectly. Really nice wine list and the staff is 5 star. Looking forward to December 2025.

The food was some of the most delicious I have been privileged to eat, service was superior all in surroundings that were exquisite (Christmas decorations) A truly spectacular evening.
