   They did not recognize I had a reservation Seated us in the back even though there was no on in restaurant Food average Fish and chips. Fishy

   WOW… that was an experience I would not want to repeat! First, the restaurant/tavern does not have ambience. The tables look like a rundown diner facing the bar. For a tavern, they had few beer choices… WHAT! Secondly, the waitress took our order for well-done hamburgers and we waited and we waited and waited for the food at least a minimum of 45 minutes. It was not busy, early and the waitress never even checked on us. When the hamburgers finally arrived they were pink and raw in the middle! At with point we had to call her back after we cut them in half to check and she said the kitchen would cook new ones. Okie dokie, they came back from the kitchen, the waitress apologized, asked if we wanted them to go at this point, and shared she had also talked to the manager and we would have fifty percent off our bill. She asked us to cut into them and we noticed they were our same burger as the were already cut in half so now we have quarters. They were cooked. They fries were dead with now taste. The final kicker is the waitress approached the table asked if we were fine on our empty beer glasses, and I responded “yes”, we were finished. She however, returned with 2 glasses of beer and left abruptly. Hmm, we thought are they a token of apology? Oh no, because when we got the bill they were on there charging us an extra $18. Beware and don’t eat there!

   Picked Spoke and wheel because I was able to get a last minute reservation. It was amazing. My husband had their pulled pork pizza which was perfectly done. I had pulled pork sandwich with sweet potato fries (very crispy) enjoyed it thoroughly.

   We had pizza and it was good and service was a little slow at beginning but all right the rest of the meal

   Dinner reservations for two. The dining room area had plenty of seating. However, we were seated in the middle of a noisy bar. When our waiter asked if we would like something to drink i said, "Yes, and i'm in a mood for a nice steak dinner." He replied o we don't serve steaks anymore We made that change over three months ago. I mentioned that their website boasts of steak, and no one's bothered to update their website. He replied with a simple sorry ! We were hoping to have a pleasant steak dinner at the restaurant on the grounds of the resort only to be disappointed that no one's bothered to update their website to show an accurate representation of what is to be served. We simply left and chose to eat somewhere else. Hopefully, this review will reach management so that they can make the necessary changes so others are not disappointed as we were.

   We sat in the bar but our server didn't know much about beer and was lost when we wanted to order after-dinner drinks. There were 2 bartenders that spent all night talking with a couple sitting at the bar but they didn't seem to be willing to help our server who was trying really hard. My ribs were great, my partner's pizza had way too much crust. We probably would not seek this place out again.

   There’s some old pictures they need to take off as I went there to grab a certain steak and shrimp meal and they didn’t have it anymore.

   We left because the pictures online we so misleading. We thought we were going to a nice restaurant to have an anniversary date and it was not that at all. I wouldn’t recommend until changes are hopefully done

    Menu at restaurant did not match menu online. Menu at restaurant was much smaller, food tasteless and hair found in one dish.

I am deeply sorry that your visit was disappointing, particularly regarding the discrepancies between our online menu and the in-restaurant menu. We are in the process of making some enhanced changes to our food menu, which we believe will make all of our guests happy. More concerningly, there was a hair in one of your dishes. This is completely unacceptable and far below the standards we set for ourselves. Please know that we are addressing this with our kitchen team to prevent it from happening again.
