   Reserved a booth, got there and was told they can not let me sit in a booth and gave me the worse located table in in the building IMO. (Second time this happened, where the reservation either didn’t work or didn’t actually mean anything). Ordered a double burger, medium cooked, no mayo. Received a single burger, over cooked, with mayo. Waiter took a while to get back to us multiple times. Will be back again. But not because of the service. But convenience

   Our server was fantastic! Food was awful! Breakfast skillet was sent back without anyone even wanting to take a bite. 1 member of party ordered pancakes with all the added toppings with up charge including bananas, chocolate chips and whipped cream and PLAIN pancakes came out. 3 teenage boys that will eat just about anything choked down their breakfast burritos because they were hungry. Needless to say it was a mistake we celebrated a birthday here, live and learn i guess!

   Waiting staff was great. Waited for 1.5 hours to get our dinner. Rediculous and not acceptable. Mall closed and we couldn’t get back out and car was parked on other side of mall. We were seated at 630pm weren’t able to leave until 815. We ate rapidly due to the long wait to get our food. Manager discounted without us asking because she knew it was ridiculous wait for our food

   We celebrated my wife’s birthday with our two neighbors. Everything was wonderful. We had drinks with the Nachos Grande. The portion was generous, even for four people to share. We also ordered the three December specials-quesadilla, pork egg roll bowl , and kielbasa with BBQ sauce, slaw and fries. All the food was delicious. Our server, Rose, took care of us and treated us like family. Although we were focused on my wife’s birthday there also several games being shown on the multiple TV’s as well as live entertainment. No wonder this is my wife’s favorite place to go for dinner.

   The place was very loud. But it’s a sports bar. There were only 2 people waiting on us and other customers and the bar. I felt bad for them. They were in a constant state of hustle! Ron Moffa made sure we had the table we wanted. We spent 320.00 in game cards and 300.00 in food. Both birthday people were shocked. They each thought it was for the other person. All in all a great night! Thanks to our waiter and Ron Moffa for all their help.

   It’s always a nice experience at Sports and Social. The kids find what they want and the adults too. The tables are a nice size for entertaining a group or an intimate gathering.

   Always outstanding! Service is the best around and definitely best sports bar in SW PA. Stephanie, Rose, and Robbie are the best.

   We requested a table at the rail and were given a table in the middle of the restaurant, all while there were open tables at the rail. Server visited our table minimally, we ran out of water to drink and were never offered refills due to lack of attentiveness from the server.

    The music was way too loud for 7PM. Football and hockey games were on at that time. Music was blasting so loud that we struggled to talk about the games. Extremely loud music should be for later in the night when the good games are over. Music at 7 is fine as long as it’s not so loud that people can’t have a conversation. Save that for 10PM.
