Open for lunch (two courses/$65), brunch (three courses/$98), and dinner (three courses/$125), Spruce offers seasonal prix-fixe menus crafted by Chef Mark Sullivan. Each menu offers a wide range of options, as well as luxurious additions (examples: caviar, truffles) for supplemental prices. Our cuisines is complemented by an extensive wine list which holds "Wine Spectator" magazine's highest honor, a Grand Award.     Hospitality, Service, and food all wonderful. We were particularly impressed with the Service. Both from our server as well as from the Sommelier. Everyone was friendly, articulate and very pleasant. All of our dishes were excellent. The only thing that could be improved upon is the selection of Music playing in the dining room.

    We are leaving the S.F. Bay Area and we were sure to have a last meal at Spruce. It’s so lovely and never disappoints. Service was excellent. My lobster Benedict was insanely good. Music was a bit loud.

    We had an amazing dinner experience at Spruce! We were in the room on the right side of entrance, looking lighted trees in front through huge windows. Had a great time!

    While the food was fine, the music was way too loud and totally out of character for a fine restaurant. We had to make multiple requests until the volume was finally lowered.

    My husband and I went to the New Year's Day special 3-course brunch. The menu selection was excellent, the service was great, and the overall setting was lovely. My 3-course meal included the crab toast, Lobster egg benedicts, and apple tart. All the dishes were excellent. The freshly baked coffee cake was excellent too. If they decide to do it again next New Year's Day, I will sign up again.
