El servicio muy lento, amables pero muy lento y aunque el estacionamiento no es cosa del establecimiento, si es del centro comercial donde se encuentra y es un caos, no había lugares, seguían dejando pasar vehículos, llegó un punto donde no podías moverte y ya todo mundo evidentemente molesto y ya un ambiente agresivo y si intentabas salir, te cobraban y nadie te apoyaba.

Muy mal servicio, el argumento fue falta de personal, los alimentos bien pero en Polanco son mucho mejores, el gerente nos hizo un descuento para compensar

Cocina muy lenta y mala. La relación costo/calidad de los platillo muy alta. Lo peor fue el servicio. Sin duda hay muchas y mejores opciones por el precio que pagamos.

I used to frequently visit Spuntino in Polanco. Whilst food in this branch remains good, service and ambience are not the same at all. Lots of room for improvement.

Muy grata experiencia. Muy rico el queso provoleta, las papas a la francesa y sobre todo los cortes. En esta ocasión pedimos vacío y llego al término solicitado y en su punto. Las bebidas pueden mejorar así como ampliar su carta de vinos. La atención de Sergio fue muy buena. Siempre atento y solo una vez le solicitamos algo, a lo que respondió con velocidad y amabilidad.

Los alimentos de muy buena calidad. La atención desde que llegamos fue muy buena. El lugar es muy recomendable. Nosotros fuimos a desayunar y sin duda valió la pena. Lugar muy recomendable.

Lugar y ambiente muy bonito, la comida me pareció buena, la atención del mesero muy buena, siempre estuvo atento y al pendiente. El ruido de la banda que toca afuera es terrible, parece que estás en el antro, y no en un lugar tranquilo para platicar y hacer sobremesa.
