St. Barts in Hong Kong’s Clear Water Bay is a bright and spacious cafe and restaurant with a breathtaking interior design. From the wonderful selection of exotic plants dotted around the dining space, to the restaurant’s nautical-themed blue and white colour scheme, this Clearwater Bay Road eatery leaves a wonderful first impression. Once seated, diners can relax and enjoy a glass to drink as the friendly waiting staff serve up the likes of Japanese sake-steamed clams, a Vietnamese pork belly salad, and a succulent 20oz flame-grilled rib eye steak. St. Barts’ Western- and Asian- influenced menu also contains some decadent desserts, such as yuzu sorbet with fresh fruit, and crème brûlée with caramelised banana.
