I realize christmas can be a special circumstance. Our 7:45 booking might have been one of the last. Out of oysters. OK. Spoon dirty and had to be handwashed because they had no clean silverware. OK. Out of sparkling water, had to go get some. Ok. My crab bisque had not a shred of crab. Not one. Main dishes were good, not stellar. Dessert was described as cheesecake with a pumpkin caramel topping It was not. Pumpkin cheesecake with an oddly gritty crust. Overall, quite a disappointment.

Food was good. Both appetizers were very good. As for the entrees, the pork chop was excellent but the halibut was dry and overcooked. Our server was attentive and super nice. The host however was quite rude which is such a bad first impression when you arrive.

We were here for Christmas dinner and there was a special menu. We enjoyed the Short Rib Bourguignon that was fork tender. The side salad was fresh though a bit underdressed.

Went for Christmas night dinner. Restaurant was open and I had an enjoyable dinner. They were out of some of the Christmas dinner menu items (oysters, some desserts, drink I wanted) by 530 pm.

While visiting Savannah, we went to St. Neo for Christmas dinner. We arrived at 5:10 for our 5:15 reservation. Unfortunately, the male host wasn’t very welcoming. We were asked to wait in the hotel lobby, and the female host assured us she would come to get us—but that never happened. Thankfully, I decided to check my phone at 5:15 and saw a text notification. When we were seated, the male host lacked personality and warmth. However, our server was attentive, and the meals were delicious. My husband had the prime rib, and I enjoyed the halibut. We started with a brie appetizer, which was flavorful, though it would have been easier to serve if presented on an open dish rather than a round, deep dish that made accessing the cheese and garnishes more difficult. Overall, I recommend St. Neo. There’s also an adult lounge downstairs, The Vinyl Room, which has a great atmosphere and excellent cocktails.

When I booked the reservations they did not have the limited Christmas menu posted. I made the reservations specifically cause I saw scallops on the menu, however they were not on the Christmas menu. Ordered the shrimp instead. The shrimp came out cold with warm rice. I sent it back and the shrimp were hot but the rice was cold when they brought it out the second time. The tables were too close together, we were right by the kitchen and the staff had to squeeze by our table every time they went in and out of the kitchen repeatedly bumping into my father, not to mention we had to listen to the most annoying people next to us be obnoxious (that part not the restaurant’s fault but it didn’t help our experience.) Ordered the prime rib medium rare, but it will still a little tough. They only had 2 things on the kids menu. The cheesecake was delicious though. Service was fine. However, for the price, we were highly disappointed in our Christmas experience. Really wish we went somewhere else. Won’t waste my time or money coming back.

Minimal wait for table. Christmas dinner menu had good choices for selection. Server had excellent customer service skills. Prime rib was perfectly prepared and delicious. Raspberry topped cheesecake was well presented and a fine ending to the meal. Pleasant dining atmosphere and experience.

Totally below our expectations. We came in for a Christmas dinner and could only order a Christmas sandwich?

The place is great, easy to locate and the food is amazing. Somewhat congedted on Christmas Eve (to be expected) but really good food. I’ll certainly come back
