There was a lot of hype about this restaurant and we were excited to go. Being Maui enthusiast we try lots of restaurants when we come here for a couple of weeks in January. My husband ordered the Adobe ribs and they were overcooked and dry, I ordered the Singapore noodles, which were good however they needed a little more sauce or something. The best thing on the menu are the chicken wings. I felt they were extremely overpriced. Cocktails for $20? And they didn’t have that much of a kick. I don’t think we will be going back.

Star Noodle is one of my favorite restaurants in Maui and I was so happy to see they have been able to reopen after the horrible fires. The food and service were both just as fabulous as I remembered. Be sure to tey the Ahi Avo, Vietnamese Crepe, Tempura shri.p and the Butterfiah...Divine!

Fabulous evening at the newest Star Noodle location (formerly home of Freda’s Mexican). Beautiful to experience sunset as we sipped perfectly concocted cocktails. Amzi was our amazing, friendly, competent, gracious server. The food = spectacular!! Miso butterfish, Bacon & Eggs, Pohole Fiddlehead salad, Adobo ribs, Singapore Noodles, & Housemade Kimchi. All fabulous!! Mahalo!!

New location is great, right next to old location. More spacious and wide open views. Parking, if lucky, like the past, can be found in the adjacent lot, otherwise street parking. Food is fantastic as always. Can really go wrong with any item on the menu.

Everything we have tried over the years has never disappointed. We make our reservations two months ahead of visiting Maui. The food and the staff are amazing!
