We always make it a point to eat at Star Noodle when we come to Maui. It never disappoints. We had miso butter fish, short ribs, and the vegetarian version of the Vietnamese crepe. Everything delicious. We were there for dinner after it was dark, so while we couldn’t enjoy the beachfront views, we could hear the waves crashing. So relieved this happening spot survived the fire.

Andy our waiter was absolutely wonderful, very kind and charming. He seemed very experienced and attentive. Our food was okay…..it all came out warm, but lacked a bit of flavor. I would to have liked to have a bit more spice and umami flavor. All in all it was good but not great.

We came here for Christmas Eve dinner. It was delicious. Beautiful view. The service and food was outstanding. Our waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu and accommodated my gluten allergy. Drinks were creative and tasty too.

Beautiful location right on the beach in Lahaina. Brand new building designed for restaurant. Lovely sunset view. Great food and excellent service. Parking spots filled up at peak dinner time.
