We love Star Noodle! Not only is their food fresh and delicious their staff is AMAZING! It is our first night go to dining experience when on Maui. They have moved from their original location to next door.the team went above and beyond to accommodate our reservation on another evening when our flight was cancelled due to mechanical issues. Their generous Aloha made a very stressful trip including having to sleep in the airport much more palatable knowing once we actually got there we would be able to experience the great food, atmosphere and team members. Plus the drinks are great!

We love Star Noodle! I haven’t found an appetizer or entree that wasn’t delicious yet! Our group of friends always order the pohole salad, miso butterfish, chicken wings, steamed pork buns, bacon and eggs, hapa ramen, garlic noodles, pad Thai, Lahaina fried soup, Singapore noodles, and dim sum. I could keep going! Their desserts are great too. The only thing I would love even more is the option of having stuffed malasadas (with custard) instead of plain ones. That would be heaven for me, personally! The prices are very affordable and the staff are very friendly and attentive. Fantastic overall! Can’t wait to go there again. We’re so glad you reopened! The best meal of our trip. Everyone from the host to our waitress were wonderful and had great personalities. Each dish we ordered to share was incredible! Do yourself a favor and make a reservation so you can experience the magic that is Star Noodle.

It was great to see Star Noodle reopened and love their new location with a lot more room. Our server was great and the food came out quicker than I remember from before. We had a few of our favs like the steamed pork buns, kim chee, and miso butterfish. All were excellent. This is one of our favorite places in Maui so always look forward to returning.
