I’m a local and I’ve been to Stateside a few times over the years for brunch and dinner and it’s always a great time, I highly recommend the DJ Bruch but this visit was just off. The greeting felt like I was a nuisance just by showing up, no hello! or how can I help? just a blank stare until I instigated the conversation. Our server was nice but disconnected. The food was mediocre; which was shocking since it’s always been tasty. Both the artichoke dip and burger & fries were flavorful but lukewarm, we only had draft beer so I cannot comment on the fun looking cocktails. The only uptick in emotion was when a manager came over to help clear our table, she was bubbly and made us feel welcome. All in all our experience felt forced. They’ll still have lots of business due to Nashville having so many tourists and it being a beautiful space (perfect for bachelorette instagram) but it’s almost like they know this and have no need to impress anyone and really don’t mind if they loose the local business. We probably won’t visit again for a little while.

Haven’t been to Stateside in a few years but we booked a reservation for 7 Friday night. The crab dip app was very good. My cocktail was also excellent, I don’t recall what it was called, but it was rum and Campari. However I was less than impressed with my Caesar salad. It was mostly yellow romaine, barely had any dressing and had a strange crunchy texture. It was also on the smaller side… for a $14 salad plus $10 to add grilled chicken they can certainly do better. Our server was very nice, but our meals also came out at 3 separate times. So the first people to get their food were done, the last people were just being served. Overall, not the worst experience but I probably won’t be stopping in for food anytime soon.

Nice spot for a dinner with friends. We dined before a show at TPAC. I had the burger and a simple salad. Very good.

Fantastic team dinner we had. Drinks were great, food was awesome. Just one note, when servers deliver a steak need to make sure they announce how the steak was cooked when multiple people have ordered to make sure the right cook of steak is set with the right person. Ours got mixed up and we had already cut into the steak to find that out.

Poor experience. Couldn’t hear myself think, let alone the person I was with. Extremely loud due to the DJ “Dahdee” in the corner and bachelorette parties singing. If that’s what you want, this is your place, but I can’t imagine the even the bachelorette parties even being able to hear each other. The food was great in my opinion, bringing this place up a few spots, but the service was mediocre. Also, pretty sure the couple next to me disappeared to the bathroom for suspicious reasons. But, if that’s what you’re looking for in Nashville, this place is the place for you!

Reserved a party of 8 two months in advance for 1pm. 1 week before they called and asked to move it to 2:30pm. It was not ideal, but I was accommodating. She told me on the phone that she would do "something nice" for us for being accommodating about the change. Nothing was done. The only thing "provided" was waiting an additional 20 min to be sat at 2:50 pm. They sat us at a table that fit 6 and it was very crowded. We waited 20 additional min to order drinks, so we decided to order food with it. The food came and still no drinks. We got our first drink at 3:33 after we finished our appetizers.
