   Spending new years at STK Denver was the best decision ever. Our waiter Thomas was amazing, with the best attitude and hyping up our last night of 2024. The restaurant gave out free champagne to toast for the new year as well as a lot of new year gear. It was an amazing vibe and ambience to spend the New Year's Eve. The DJ was spectacular. All the song choices fit the night perfectly and it was just a vibe. The food was amazing, from the starters to the entrees to the dessert, even the drinks and coffee. Everything tasted perfectly, and the wagyu umami butter, amazing! Extremely recommend this place, worth the money and time!

   Granted it was New Year’s Eve but we were in a side room away from the main are and DJ. Very noisy with people not music. Waiter was great but service slow. Even drinks. And $25 a cocktail is silly. My whiskey was full of ice and maybe 3 sips for $25. Prob won’t go again

   One of the bartender ladies was really rude. Ordered a simple beer, got charged but too her 15min to acknowledge me because I didn’t get it. Then when I finally got her attention she said give me a minute which ended up being 10 more for a total of 25min waiting for a Modelo!

   This place is Overpriced and overrated. Service was basic and all the sides taste exactly same (cheese sauce).

   Food was incredible, what a wonderful way to spend New Year’s Eve!! It was disappointing that we had a 6:30 reservation and were not sat until 7:15 but otherwise a great experience.

   New Years Eve. Kitchen slow and server even commented difficult night and have too many reservations. Rare steak came out well done. In a steakhouse and $98 for steak this should not happen. Did redo steak and was better but others had finished eating. $25 for cocktails seemed excessive. Server even said quality not up to par for this evening. Dont think i would go back.

   I booked a reservation here for NYE, the server was amazing. Our steaks were all under cooked or served over cooked and cold. I know it’s NYE so this didn’t bother us too much. It was the fact that my table spent over $1000, ordered drinks all night and towards the end of the night, right after we paid, we decided to get a few pictures before heading out. A server or manager came over to us saying “I’m just going to say it, we need this table. You have to leave. You’ve been here for 3 hours”. For a reservation that we booked and paid for. There was no rule saying we needed to be out by a certain time, especially if we were still ordering drinks. We were kicked out and treated so poorly after a mediocre experience that we were willing to look past.

    We spent almost $1000 on food for the night and were asked to leave after and hour and a half because "a lot of people were waiting for a table". Totally fine if you want us to leave but maybe put the time limit as a notation in the reservation? We were really excited to eat here but won't be back and won't recommend to any friends.
