   Came to enjoy happy hour, which has been awesome in the past. Made a reservation for 12 for 2:30. Six couples. We were told that there is no splitting of checks or modification of menu items. It took 2 hours to get food , no explanation, no apologies, no manager . I will say the food was excellent but the server and service was disappointing.

   Appetizers, and specialty drinks good. Waiter helpful and polite but food came out slow and cold. Steak was tough (filet) and way way overpriced. Lots of great restaurants at Disney and Disney Springs. This is not one of them. Very disappointing. Go to Shulas or steak house at yacht and beach club instead.

   From the moment we arrived until the time we paid the bill, the girl who gave us the table was not at all friendly, her attitude was very bad, when we got to the table they took a long time to serve us, after more than 10 minutes passed without the waiter arriving, we ordered a cocktail and a coke which arrived 20 minutes later, the appetizer we ordered was calamari and it was cold and hard, then one of the dishes was a ribeye and it was bad, a little chewy and poorly prepared and only two waiters went for a dish that cost 97 dollars I think the preparation should have been much better for its cost, the other dish was filet mignon with lobster, the meat was not bad only that when the plate was left on the table it was not prepared correctly.. we asked for a coke again and another 20 minutes more… the waiter was not attentive at all.. I would not go back to this place because the service is very bad and the food worse, I thought it would be much better!! (this is my experience).

   For a high end chain like STK, this location does not hold up to the brand. 35 minute wait to be seated after reservation time. Under staffed , service extremely slow due to it. Ordered a nice 2018 Cha/Mon Cab for $300, waiter brings out a 2022. When questioned, he stated yea the years on the wine list are all off by a few years, but what’s that matter? I told him, that’s one of the main factors it choosing the wine and main associated with the price.

   While I enjoyed my dinner and the overall experience, I was not impressed that they have a rule that everything must be ordered all at once, drinks, apps and dinner. Sometimes I like to have a cocktail and an appetizer then order dinner after. But I’m assuming they want to push you out the door to seat another party. Even after a $128 steak with a $13 pad of butter and a $7 seasoning rub. Ridiculous!

    Our experience at STK Orlando felt rushed. We finished our appetizers before the bread even arrived, and when it did, it was only about two minutes before our main courses. The tots were undercooked, so we sent them back, but they weren’t returned until the end of our meal. On the plus side, the waiter was attentive and provided good service, even removing the tots from the bill. Overall, the pacing of the meal could have been much better, but the wait staff was great.
