   Waited one hour for our reservation, was no control on the line. After one hour we got a table downstairs. We was sitting there waiting on the menu for 25 minutes. After we asked for a menu two times without getting any menu, we left the restaurant 1,5 hour after our booking, without eating.

   We had a 8pm reservation for 10 people and arrived 15 minutes early. We were told we were “super early” and will be seated closer to the reservation time. We didn’t get seated until about 8:45pm. Drinks took about an hour to get to the table. However, they did bring over a complimentary bottle of champagne for the wait. It wasn’t until about 10:30pm when our food came out. Our food came out room temperature and most of our steaks weren’t cooked to how we ordered. Luckily, the manager compensated us for half of the bill due to the service and overall experience. We didn’t end up leaving until 11:45pm after everything was settled, and we didn’t make our 10:30pm reservation we had somewhere else. This was our second year coming to STK and we won’t be coming back.

   The rooftop area is like a cafeteria in the winter, very messy and crowded. My server was good , bread good, wedge salad very good. Did not expect my rack of lamb to be New Zealand baby like you get at Trader Joe’s. Not worth $50 let alone $71. Chilean sea bass was the size of a deck of cards cut in half.. but good quality.. my martinis were ordinary at best. Place lacked shopistication, comfort and cleanliness steakhouses are known for and the food was not worth the value. The bathroom was filthy. Bag of donuts skip them.. mushroom pot pie was tasty but like the rest of the food ..it lacked sophistication and expert execution….final take ? Thousands of restaurants do a better job .. the price is the price they have the right to. Charge what they want. They had plenty of younger customers so what do I know. Probably won’t go back let the kids have this one.

   Overpriced and underserved. Meats were nicely cooked, unimpressed with sides. Charcuterie plate was a terrible value. Lacked substance.

   Our service was amazing Drinks was lovely and did what needed to be done Food was A1 the steak last night was to die for I can say 10/10 recommend !!

   Server didn’t tell us about the specials and the food quality didn’t live up to the price. Plus the server didn’t bring the butter and syrup for my husbands pancakes that costs $44. Crazy! As we were leaving we found out about the $10 hamburger and green special that would have been much better than spending $120 on sub-par service and mid food. Oh and the restroom was down some dark hallway that made me feel very unsafe.
