   We decided to sit in the outside sitting area even when staff was recommending to sit inside as it was cold. But if you are not enjoying winters with food and view, then what's the point in going to a rooftop. Customer is service so POOR, I was the only customer sitting outside and I had to call the staff several times even to get my cutlery and drinks. It was my birthday and I felt very bad at choosing this place to celebrate. Paid high price food of about £200 and got zero percent service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT TO ANYONE WHO IS CELEBRATING THEIR SPECIAL DAY.

   Phil was amazing as always. We had a decent host however we paid for the late night brunch and the DJ wasn’t there which was quite disappointing.

   It was my birthday and the only request was to have a candle on my dessert or a happy birthday wish on my plate. Few other people had their birthdays and had sparkling candles and happy birthday on their plates but I didn’t. That kinda made the mood drop a little. We just asked for the bill and left

   Totally overrated.Staff unfriendly, unprofessional and couldn't care less.All guest has been pushed to one area as apparently they were understaffed so it was very crowded and not very romantic.Overall it feels like Nandos on the Saturday night.We wouldn't come back or recommend it.

    Lovely experience, food was amazing but I think for a big night was a bit understaffed, bars were crowded , 20 minutes to get a drink! But definitely will be back soon :)
