   Our servers seem to be very attentive with every table around us but some how missed the mark with us. I will give him props to having our water topped off very often but it seemed like every other table was getting bread as standard and it was never even offered to us. It took OVER AN HOUR for us to get our food while everyone around us (some that arrived after) were already having their meals brought out. Long story short I will not be back.

   My wife and I had and amazing time at STK. Our server, I think his name was Jacob was absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable and approachable and went above and beyond for us. The food was amazing and the brunch menu was one of a kind here in San Francisco. We will definitely be back and reserve a seat at STK.

   Stk is one of those restaurants that no matter what city I visit if there’s an STK I’m there! San Francisco’s location was delicious

   Place is nice but . Tables were too close to each other. It very overpriced menu . Ordered shortribs ,waygu fried rice not much waygu , and Mac and cheese . Food was average nothing to rave about . . I probably will not be back .

   I recently visited your restaurant on Valentine's Day with my girlfriend, having made reservations for 11 PM. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. The restaurant was overpacked, and we were seated in an area where tables were extremely close to each other, resulting in very cramped seating. This was quite uncomfortable. Our waiter initially came to ask if we wanted water, but then we did not see them again for about 20 minutes. After finally placing our drink orders, it took another 20 minutes for them to arrive. We then ordered our food, which included two filet steaks with mashed potatoes, spinach, and a Caesar salad. I had also ordered shrimp with my steak, which was never brought out. Given the long wait times, I decided not to reorder. I specifically requested my steak to be medium rare, but it was served medium well, almost well done. This was disappointing, especially considering the bill came to $420, which felt unjustified for the quality of food and service we received. To put this into perspective, I have had better steak and service at Applebee's. This experience was particularly shocking because I have dined at other STK restaurants in different states and have always received excellent service. I felt like we were scammed out of our money on what was supposed to be a special night. I hope you take this feedback seriously and take steps to ensure that future customers do not have a similar experience.

   Horrible experience server never checked on us I had to stand up 3/4 times to ask for utensils, checks, water, etc.. the food was so over priced and I could’ve gotten better food if I made it myself. Would never go back again. Restaurant was so loud I could barely hear my friend talk across the table.

   Our server was rude. Me and my girlfriend went last night 02/14/25 And ordered some sides as well as two NY strip steaks. They only brought out one. Also the tables are very close together I think too close

   STK San Francisco is a beautiful restaurant. My server was a 10/10 and the food was good. My only negative review which typically determines if I return was the disregard of my early reservation I put in for Valentines Dinner. The lovely woman confirmed me for a booth for a slightly more intimate experience, however I got an odd tiny table just outside of the kitchen door. This was so disappointing for the money I spent and the manner in which I RSVPd far in advance
