Over the top 5 star experience! We had reservations, we waited a for a few moments understandably so because it’s very busy and popular as it should be because it’s a great restaurant with unbelievable food, and service. The manager Mike personally came over to our table and checked in on us. He runs a great restaurant very personable checks in on his guests and made us feel very welcomed and appreciated! The steak with the sauces were truly the best we ever had and we’ve been to all the high end steak houses. The drinks were made to perfection. Thank you STK for making our Vegas experience over the top!! This is a top notch restaurant experience when you are in Vegas!!

I want to be fair to the STK. The good - We went to dinner to celebrate with friends the night before our wedding. The drinks and atmosphere were superb, and the waiter was top notch and my Ribeye Fillet was superb. Now the bad- I have a very severe allergy to Latex, so I make it a habit to ask about gloves used to prepare food. 99% of food establishments use nitrile or something other than Latex. When I asked the waiter he was not sure. As dinner comes out he tells me don't touch any of the sides they are prepared with staff wearing Latex. So I got to eat a steak thats it. When I tried talking to the manager about the situation and how dangerous it could be he basically said he would talk to the chef and thats it. Bow we did order some wine and a few drinks and the oysters we ordered were superb. Considering our bill was around $1300 I was a little perturbed that I got q couple drinks 3 Oysters and a steak. Everyone else loved the food and had a great meal. All sides ordered are ala cart and separate from your entree, they are served family style in dishes in the middle of the table. We had ordered them before we knew they used Latex. My friends said my side of Bacon Mac and Cheese, that I had ordered and was very much looking forward to eating, was very very good as well as the Brussel sprouts and another side. All in all a good experience that kinda got ruined. Latex sensitive customers beware.

We waited 45 minutes for our table to be ready and I made reservations two months out. If it wasn’t for someone in our party they weren’t going to accommodate us and/or give us something for our long wait. I really like STK but do better on accommodating a table that had to wait for a long time.

We had a great meal. Carlos our server was very attentive and made sure we enjoyed our meal. We didn’t feel rushed at all. Great and fun place to dine while you are in Las Vegas
