   No point in making a reservation - they don't honor it anyway. Had a 7pm reservation- sat 20 mins late. Waitress informed us of the several items that were not available. Waited almost 10 mins for water or drinks, after 45 mins had to chase someone down for our soup and salad. Entrees came before the soup and salad, halfway through dinner - waitress asked if we wanted the soup and salad to go as she brought it to the table. I said she could leave the salad on the table and put the soup in a Togo container. Waitress set the soup on a dirty table, got distracted and after 15 mins the bus boy cleared the dirty table where my soup sat and took my soup with him. As we were frustrated and just wanting to leave the waitress shows up with a piece of cheesecake asking again if we wanted the soup to go- we said "no" and that we just wanted to get out of there! Worst service we have ever received there. At one point the server said she would send the manager over to address the soup and salad issue... minutes later a woman showed up standing by our table (not stating her position or reason for standing there) I finally acknowledged her and she started laughing saying that maybe she had the wrong table - laughed a little more and said something about soup and salad. No apology, acted like the entire experience was a joke. Saw her visit other tables with issues, also not stating her position or reason for coming over - still laughing like she had no clue what to do. My steak was tough as tough could be, my boyfriends shrimp was tough and rubbery and he spend the better part of the night violently ill.... good thing we were staying in the hotel because he wouldn't have made it home. So much for a nice night out. Hope they get their act together soon.

   Wow, What a Great place to have dinner ! This place had the most amazing food and the staff were so attentive and very polite. The food was at the best I have had level. My wife and I ate our Thanksgiving dinner there. Thank You , Thank You, Thank You !

   Had a wonderful dinner with family! The filet was outstanding as was the seafood trio. Service was top notch!

   I took my daughter and son out for dinner for their birthday and they both picked different meals. They loved it , the waitress was amazing, the food was amazing, the atmosphere was wonderful.

   Our server was Kimberly she was amazing . Very attentive making sure everything was good . She even put a candle on my dessert for my birthday . Storytellers is a great place food is delicious . All the employees are great .

   Wife and I enjoyed a nice dinner here during our 1 night stay. The server did a great job, doing what she could to make our experience good but she was clearly overwhelmed since she apologized for the delays. It wasn't her actions that caused delays, maybe the kitchen is understaffed. Regardless, the meal was well prepared and tasty.

   Wow, were we impressed - what a gem inside a casino! This was our first visit to Storytellers, although we've been to Cliff Castle Casino many times. Upon entering, I was very impressed by the decor - the restaurant was built to look like it is in a southwestern mountain - the walls look like rocks and each booth is built into a niche, giving diners some space and privacy from other diners; the restaurant is somewhat dark, giving it a peaceful, relaxing ambience. My hubby and I started with the bruschetta, which was presented beautifully and was wonderful. We then split the ribeye, which came with veggies and mashed potatoes, and was more than enough food for the two of us. Everything was fantastic! Our server, Kimberley, was very attentive and helpful. As far as what to wear: you'd be comfortable in anything from shorts/t-shirts to semi-formal wear. The restaurant is in a casino, after all, but feels elegant enough for dressier clothes. Highly recommend Storytellers.

    Fantastic meal, as always. Blackened Salmon was perfect, and chocolate cheesecake for dessert! Yum!
