Terrible service. Asked two servers (not our own because she didn’t come back to check on us) for ketchup and no one brought it. Water glasses were empty. Had to go ask hostess for ketchup and water, which is when our server finally came by the table. Food and drinks were good but very overpriced. Ambiance was so fun and perfect for a special night with the kids but the rest was very disappointing.

Unfortunately we experienced terrible service during our visit today, from looking around we weren’t the only ones. We were sat on time for our reservation but no-one acknowledged us at the table for 15-20 minutes, the service didn’t improve from there on. The food took a bit long as well but it was good, however the burger we ordered was cold so that was disappointing. Eventually we ordered and received the fun desserts, the kiddos were thrilled. We will not be back nor will I will be suggesting it to others at this time.

Server forgot about our table, we had to go to the bar to get service and were told our server had left. Had an assortment of random employees from the bar serve us, had to repeat ourselves constantly to get our orders put in. The bar area was extremely cold as well. Would not return to this location

The food was salty and dry. Drinks did not come with any of the fancy flair add ons advertised. 200.00 wasted

Not really impressed with this place. Felt kind of dirty but the kids were so excited to go so we stayed. Food was mediocre at best. Not sure if it’s sugar factory in general or just this place but I don’t know if I’d go back again. Or recommend it to anyone.

Average experience. Service was so slow. Hostesses and servers didn’t seem to want to be there. Took way too long for tables to be cleaned when there was a long line of people waiting to be seated. Ambiance was not what we expected.

One of my daughters friends is gluten free and it was surprising the menu does not indicate allergens so it was a little hard to navigate that. Wait staff was great ! Ambience is great! Pricey but a fun treat.
