Our fast casual dining experience carries all of the whimsy and fun Sugar Factory is known for, in a more casual environment for the whole family.
Known for its famous candy accessory, the Couture Pop, Sugar Factory has many celebrity fans including Kendall and Kylie Jenner, Drake, Jennifer Lopez, Kim Kardashian, Flo Rida, Hailee Steinfeld, Katy Perry, Scott Disick, Jason Derulo, Britney Spears, Jerry Seinfeld, Selma Hayek and Mel B. Guests can expect a whimsical candy land experience with floor to ceiling candy bins, fun retail items, homemade gelato and artisan coffee.     We sat at our table for about 10 min after being seated and had NO ONE even circle back to us to even bring water, apologize for taking so long, or acknowledge our existence. So we decided to leave and eat elsewhere. I understand being busy, understaffed, tired from the holidays, etc but we had wonderful service at every other restaurant experience in the mall during our visit.

    Our server DJ was amazing and made the whole experience fun. After a very long day of shopping our mini mes were nearly spent but the experience breathed life back into them. Just what we needed

    My salmon was slightly dry, but other than that, the food was good! Our waiter was absolutely the best waiter I’ve ever had. I didn’t catch his name, unfortunately. But he came with great energy and was so nice! The ambience of this place was incredible. Such a cool vibe. Will definitely revisit.

    Definitely an “experience” for the younger crowd. Desserts are the star! However, one of our skillets was rock hard so our server promptly removed it from the table and the bill. $21 for a shake is crazy but it was a special occasion. Our dinner was mediocre, French fries were the best thing on our plates.

    I came to the Sugar Factory in Mall of America for the first time for my birthday! It was decorated with clearly a lot of care and thought (this was 2 days after halloween). My server was kind enough to make my birthday special, memorable and was very attentive to making sure I had a great experience. The establishment was clean, fast and friendly. There are LOTS of drink options to choose from, and the food menu had a great variety as well. Everything was hot and freshly made. 10/10 would visit again.

    Brought my 10 year old niece there she loved the food and drink she got. Obviously brought her there for the experience, they had special Halloween drinks and food options and it was well decorated. I guess I was expecting more for the hype this place gets and the service was extremely slow, servers were okay but took forever. Our food was out for 5 minutes before they even came to finish and pour our drinks. Would go again to share the experience with my kids or family otherwise wouldn’t return based on food or PRICE!
