   7 Eleven is better. I would try sugar factory again however not at Foxwoods. 🚮

   The food was very good and portions according to its menu, giving a great value. The ambience at Sugar factory is awesome, however, sitting along the outer row, closest to the entrance, not the best as far as public distraction. Some issues with toilet flushing and toilet paper not going down in all toilets in Women’s bathroom during our visit and spray from sinks so strong people were getting shirts wet - BUT bathrooms were clean!!!

   Our server McKenna was excellent, attentive and polite! It was my daughters 18th birthday and our first experience at Sugar, and we’ll definitely be back!

   Food was not that great.My friends steak was not med well it was med rare.went for a bday celebration and she ended up swapping steaks with her mans who’s was cooked right.They came out with a birthday ice cream for her and totally turned her off as their was hair in her ice cream! Totally gross out!!!! Disappointing! Our drink was $46 and literally all juice no alcohol in it for the price not worth it.Ill never go back..

   My husband and I went for our anniversary and the service was great. But the food was gross and cold. My husband and I were extremely excited to go to Sugar factory since we’ve never been but were super disappointed with the food. We will not be going back. It was expensive for terrible food.

   When we first arrived, they did sit us at a table that was unstable and my handicapped mother had difficulty sitting on the moving chair and wobbly table. They moved us right away and had a wonderful experience. Food was wonderful and our server was very nice.

   Loved how the restaurant was decorated for the holidays and they do an amazing “Happy Birthday” song. The food was good but not great. However, this is a great place to bring your kids. Service was excellent!

   Excellent experience. Food was a bit pricey but expected due to being inside casino. Service was outstanding, pictures were taken as we sat to purchase later, and food was delicious.

    We’ve been a several sugar factories before and this was was not the same. Ice cream came out with hair in it. Fruit flies surrounding our table the entire time we were dining and it was hard to find our waitress when needed. Sugar factory in Orlando plays your song of choice and celebrates your birthday with sparklers. This location just brought out a plain birthday candle and sang with 2 employees at the table. We expected a lively presentation and fun environment and didn’t get that at all.
