   Loved the food and drinks! The building itself wasn't as fancy as I expected it to be and the bathrooms were a bit run down with no working soap dispensers and only 1 working sink. The sliders were delicious, as was the goblet and the insane shake! I had to wash my own souvenir ducks in the bathroom and the bag they gave us for our purchased merchandise was a cheap, plastic general "take out" bag. I'd go back for the food & drinks but the atmosphere wasn't as grandiose as I was hoping for.

   It was my daughter's 18th birthday celebration. It started off rocky, but the manager, Dan, was extremely helpful and accommodating.

   Shout out to Ky the manager & Danny our waiter! Super friendly and very nice!! Great service and food was delicious… so glad we came to visit this location even when we have one back home. Thank you for a great experience

   Sugar Factory use to be one of my favorite places to go. Now the might as well shut down! Terrible service, garbage food, boring ambiance. Drinks were okay but overpriced now that there’s no ambience no music no flare and the food sucks!

   We got seated quickly. But then they just left us there. We turned to the family next to us who looked like they’d been waiting for a while. We asked how long they’d been waiting. They said they had ordered nearly 90 minutes earlier. Still no food. No drink refills. Just left alone. They said the appetizer wasn’t very good and really expensive. They told us to run before we were stuck waiting like they were. We got up and left.

   Slow service. Average food but way overpriced. Automatic 20% tip was added for a party of 4. The service did not deserve 20%.

   It’s just worn out. Cushions are torn, they were out of three items we ordered, dirty, and just needs a good scrubbing. The server was kind and pleasant.

   This was my fourth or fifth time coming and every time I come, they have raised the prices. I ordered a chicken Cesar salad and it was $19 for the salad & $10 for the chicken. I make a better salad… TOTAL ripe off and was NOT good!!! 4 of us and the bill was $190! All had water to drink, a burger, salad, pasta, a sandwich, an extreme shake, and a fondue.
