   What can be better is the pasta more chicken more selections as in meats & just The pizza got a little messy but overall it was amazing Only 1 person enjoyed they burger I would say not using the pre-cooked patties is a giveaway

   My daughter wanted to go there for her sweet 16. They were a large group of 8 and you would think a place that advertises serving celebrities would be able to accommodate 8 teenagers. A total disappointment! Food arrived late, some didnt receive their food until other had already ate, they gave my daughter a half hearted birthday song. So my experience here wasn't good. We won't be going back. Then they have the never to expect gratuity in addition to the bill. Well, my tip expressed what I thought of the service. You don't play with my baby girl's day, and I think most if not all father's would feel the same.

   Went for my daughter's 12th birthday. Everything was good...food was very good!!! 2 hr table limit so make sure everyone is on time.

   Vee was a great hostess and displayed customer service. She was the bartender too and handled herself well managing multiple tables. There were a few missed opportunities - ingredients for cocktails were not available, under staffing that applied extra pressure on one person, dirty silverware. Again, I want to reiterate the high level of service provided by Vee, the team member that kept the restaurant clean, and the cook producing yummy burgers, fries, and sandwiches.

   First time at the Houston location- it was clean and decorated nicely. Vii was amazing - made sure my son had a great time celebrating his 9th birthday! Thank you, Vii!

   Paid 50 bucks for a drink only for half of it to be undrinkable and frozen solid because I decided to eat my food and let the drink sit like they should let you know that you have to drink the drink within 5 minutes of getting it or it would be frozen solid total waste of money

   Our experience was amazing! Our server was so nice and everything was delicious! It was my son’s birthday and they went above and beyond to make him feel special— all the servers sang happy birthday and they gave him a special dessert with a candle.

   We had an awesome experience at the Sugar Factory for my dtgr 12th bday. The food, experience and service was the best and exactly what we needed to make her birthday phenomenal. We didn't feel rushed after eating, the music choice was top tier for the adults. We all enjoyed ourselves!! I do think the restaurant needs a bigger location to allow more room. Thank you Wayne and the crew!!!

    It’s giving food court restaurant in the galleria vibes I wouldn’t make reservations to sit down and eat for any special occasion like most of the other franchises. workers are rude asf too.
