Overall we had a good experience due to it being a birthday event. We had to ask for silverware 3 times. They were out of the items we requested for our meals and desserts and they were out of sour cream for our fajitas. We ordered margaritas and were told the only tequila they had were top shelf and the only beer they had was bud light. My experience in Orlando was better!

So I went to Sugar factory as a date with my boyfriend. I reserve my table for 7 o’clock and when I got there, I waited like normally and then once they sell us down, we were waiting for 35 minutes to 45 minutes with no water and no waiter at all until one of the waiters came up to us and asked have you been taken care of? I said no and me and my boyfriend decided to just leave. Honestly, I’m very disappointed and the prices for everything was absolutely ridiculous. So yeah no. The decor was really nice and everything for the food prices the drink prices everything else no. This is really sad for me because I was looking forward for this.

I recently dined at The Sugar Factory and, unfortunately, my experience was not as enjoyable as I had hoped. The wait time was quite long, which made the visit feel less efficient. We had 6:30p reservation and didn’t get seated until after 7p. When we were finally seated, our table was outside and not clean, there was pollen all over it and just a nasty film over the tables and the cushions on the chairs were filthy which was disappointing. Additionally, we were placed outside, away from the entertainment, which took away from the overall atmosphere. It would have been nice to be given a choice or at least informed about the seating arrangement beforehand. We were informed that we may not be able to hear the music as well which was the whole reason my kids wanted to come was for the music and staff dance. Now fortunately enough our waiter was very nice and did what he could to find us a table and move us inside. I can’t remember his name but we were so thankful for him and grateful that he was able to make my kids birthday dinner experience everything they wanted! The food did take a good bit of time to come out but it was nice and hot. I believe this restaurant has great potential, but improvements in service speed, cleanliness, and seating arrangements would make a big difference. I hope to have a better experience next time!

Not worth it al all! Food is not good, milkshakes are gross and service is horrible! We had a reservation but the couple who came in after us, who had a later reservation time, were seated first. The milkshakes were served first but no utensils were given so we couldn't eat the ice cream which is already melting. Food came after about an hour (for me) and additional 30 minutes for my son's. Mine were just ok, but my son's were too oily (penne alfredo with chicken). We asked for To go boxes which never came so we decided to just ask for the bill and not take the leftovers as we really want to leave that horrible place. It took another 10 minutes for the bill to arrive. Will never go back there nor recommend the place to anyone!!! Staff is friendly, though.

The restaurant is quite disorganized. It felt dirty, lacked organization, and was clearly understaffed. It's best to go in with low expectations. I sympathize with the wait staff, as they have a challenging job due to the poor management. Our initial waitress was also running the bar, which explains why we waited 10 minutes without any service or menus. We eventually asked another waiter, Zack, to take our order, and he coordinated with the manager to assist us for the rest of the evening. Zack was fantastic and really made up for the dinner. Unfortunately, the kitchen had run out of their "signature" rainbow slider burgers, provided us with a fork for our soup, and didn’t have the large cookies for dessert. However, the food we did receive was excellent. The macaroni appeared oven-baked, the tomato bisque was delightful, and my husband enjoyed his tacos. Still, these positives couldn't balance out the overall disarray. Honestly, if it weren't for Zack, this would have been a truly disappointing experience.

My 11 y/o son throughly enjoyed the restaurant! I enjoyed it as well - our food tasted good for the most part. It seemed a bit overpriced for what it was and the type of environment inside, but I still enjoyed it and won’t mind going back.

The food was not good especially for the price came for my daughters birthday celebration, the food quality was not as expected at all and to be so pricey I couldn’t believe it. Waitress was nice but didn’t refill drinks in a timely manor and our chips were stale with our chips and salsa we asked for new and she was nice about it but never brought the chips back so that was a let down. The milkshakes my girls drank were the best part BUT the ones they both originally wanted were not available! So to pay $19 a milkshake for ones I have to settle with again was a let down! Our bill was not cheap for four people. It was $215 and for the other two people that came with us it was $180 for this amount of money at one table for six people in the food and service. Overall not be good at all that’s saying a lot. I wouldn’t return to spend this amount of money again for the quality you get I don’t mind paying the money but you are also paying for the quality of what you’re getting and if you are not getting that big of a waste of money! Also, in the front candy room, a lot of the bins for her reservation was for 630 at night so I understand they were probably busy but good for people who are going there for the experience. They want to experience the front room where you can take pictures with the pink heart was also cute for pictures but the benches in there we’re still here so we stood to take our pictures. We also purchased four of the framed photos gonna be honest the pictures on my phone turned out better because there was some kind of dim colored tint to the framed photos which we purchased for the memory for my daughter but overpriced and not great quality on those as well my overall statement would be that the quality for what you are getting at this restaurant really need to step up!

What a sweet find! The cocktails were delicious; the burgers were delectable; and the dessert was sweet! The ambiance makes for a great outing with girlfriends!

My girlfriend and I went out on her birthday. On a Monday night the service was phenomenal, the food was amazing, and the drinks were absolutely fantastic. We also enjoyed the photographer who took our pictures. And the price of everything was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend. I will be going here again.
