   Management really needs to better prepare for a Saturday night. They were out of all the popular dinner items; lobster, filet, appetizers little colored burgers, spinach? Was told from management directly that spinach was made fresh but they also have a 3rd party who makes their cream spinach that didn’t deliver? BS from management for sure trying to blame server for not telling us before hand after she did about all the “main” stuff. Don’t need a bunch of fluff when we ordered 2 glasses of wine, a ribeye steak w mashed potatoes, hot chocolate and waters. Thankful for the ambience, server and front service. Rest not so much.

   The food was super amazing. The restaurant is gorgeous and our waitress Beka she was very sweet. We went there late so it was very quiet but I had an amazing birthday celebration. Loved their cookie jar shake and Alfredo pasta.

   I had a very disappointing experience at the Sugar Factory for my daughter’s birthday. We had a reservation, but when we arrived, we were left waiting at the front for over 20 minutes with no hostess in sight. Despite the waitstaff and bartender being busy, no one came to help us or even acknowledge our presence. We never got seated, and after waiting around with no updates, we decided to leave. We also overheard other guests complaining that they had to wait over 30 minutes just to get water. Overall, it was a frustrating and unorganized experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for good service.

   We had a reservation for a birthday party. After looking over the menu several items were not available. Once the food was received the pasta seems like it was sitting in the window before being brought out to the table for a little too long, however it was a good portion and tasted very good. The food and drink presentation was very nice, however a bit pricey especially the drinks, a lot of ice in the goblets. Our server Juan was wonderful and made the night. The staff seem very engaged in each birthday or celebration song that they did even after doing multiple in a row

   The atmosphere was much louder than expected, more suited to a club than a dinner. I had hoped for a sweet birthday celebration, but unfortunately, it was disappointing. The candy store was understocked and not clean, and the food, while pricey, did not meet our expectations in terms of quality.

   We were forgotten by our server. Waited for service initially. I got my coffee my guest didn’t. Asked for water twice finally got it. Asked for ketchup and butter when our meals finally came. It was never brought. Toast was dried out and crumbly; inedible. Took long to receive my mimosa. Never saw server until we flagged her down to get our checks.

   The atmosphere is ok, but the food and service were disappointing. Upon arriving with a reservation, we notified the hostess of our arrival. The place was more than half empty, but the two hostesses on duty seemed confused on exactly what to do next. It took about 10 minutes for them to finally seat us in an empty restaurant. Our server was a little better, but didn’t offer much information about the restaurant - it being our first time. Three of us ordered the brick chicken dinner and the other ordered the cheese steak sandwich. The chicken breasts were thin, tough to chew and very salty in flavor. They were more like a processed rib meat breast that was precooked and just heated to order. The mashed potatoes were also very salty and the fries were just ok. Given the poor service, processed food quality, and high prices for the value, we will not be going back.

   Definitely a neat place for a birthday but unless you want their signature giant sugar drinks you won’t have much of an option for other items. Our waiter was friendly and service was fine so the overpriced food was of no fault or in any way associated with that aspect. I went for the request of the birthday girl because they do a GREAT birthday (but you will pay anywhere from 15 to 60 for the birthday options if you want a song involved). My avoidance is really due to value and food but good for an experience.

    We made reservations to celebrate three birthdays. Upon arrival nobody told us that 1. The AC was broken 2. Half of the menu items were not in stock 3. Bar was closed
