Shocking experience. Ended up walking out as we were told over half of the menu wasn't available. New Years Eve you would expect the place to be bustling. Far from it. Servers more interested in talking to each other and what seemed to be drinking on the job. What food establishment doesn't have any burgers to sell despite having nearly 20 burger options on the menu. AVOID.

Our disappointment with Sugar Factory Orlando was significant. During our vacation the week of New Year’s, this establishment was out of nearly all the food and specialty shakes advertised on the menu. The absence of a Sugar Factory in our State prompted the deliberate inclusion of this restaurant in our itinerary; however, upon check-in, we were informed that they were nearly out of all food items. A handwritten list of unavailable items was present, and it was notably extensive. The restaurant was largely unoccupied, and the reasoning is clear: there was a lack of options available. Given the high volume of tourists in Orlando, Sugar Factory should have adequately prepared to accommodate the demand. This represents inadequate planning and is not acceptable.

Got there on time for a 6:00PM reservation on a Sunday and 3/4 of the menu was unavailable including 95% of the Christmas menu. Like how do you run out of "Hot Drinks" at check in they mentioned some items would not be available but when the server got to us they informed us of so many more items not available. So we left and did not even eat.

This restaurant has really went down in the past year. The bathrooms were disgusting, broken faucet, dirty, stinky and broken toilet. The restaurant was so cold everyone in there was shivering. Very disappointed to see the condition it was in, we really did enjoy this at one time. I hope it makes it.

This place used to be good! Has gone done hill! Pasta dry. Anything with cheese seems like it’s been sitting there. They were out of everything. The place was not clean. Last time we were there last year really great. Not worth spending $300 for food. Just my opinion.

This was the most overrated experience I've ever had, and I'm an Orlando native with Disney passes. There was zero server support for the bartender who was also our waitress and the only reason we stayed. The manager had his family there, being loud, disruptive and unhelpful to customers. There were multiple staff just wandering aimlessly - 2 women sitting around "hosting" and the temperature inside the restaurant was blow zero. We literally spent $200 on 3 drinks and some eggs. Id recommend they half the sugar drinks, double the staff involvement and cut the manager.

Waited to be seated for a good 20 min after our reservation time. Food was equivalent to diner food and my iced coffee tasted like straight chocolate milk. The floors were so greasy we were sliding on the floor and the bathrooms were disgusting. The server was very nice.

The restaurant was dirty. They did not have the signature rubber ducks that should come with special menu items . We order the burgers so it would have a duck so that we would have a memento to remember my daughter’s 16 birthday . After I asked for the duck 3 times we were given a lollipop not even close to what we wanted . The $40 drink came in a cup with the sugar factory rubbered off so we could not even take pictures with it . It looked so tacky. HUGE disappointment all around . We were the first customers and the bathroom was not cleaned from the previous day . Don’t waste your money on this place over priced for a disappointment .

I don’t know where to begin. Worst restaurant experience I have EVER had & it was on my anniversary. 1- no hostess at the station when we arrived & we had to wait almost 10 minutes to be seated (it was not busy at all). Then we had to wait almost another 10 minutes for our waitress to come to our table. Then what I wanted to eat (the Christmas wings) were not available smh. THEN the bathrooms were DISGUSTING!!! At this point that is Strike 4 so I do something I never do- I ask for a manager. It took her a while to come but she did come. I nicely & quietly explain that it is our anniversary & the troubles we had already ran into. I also told her I assumed she was short staffed due to the holiday which she agreed she was. I thought that speaking with her would change our dilemma for the better. Boy was I wrong. A few minutes later, she comes back to tell me that they don’t serve broccoli and she didn’t know why I was allowed to order it. Well the waitress listed it as one of my options! Strike 5!! Then the food comes. I asked for my salmon to be medium well, it was over cooked. My man’s burger was so dry he added ketchup- and he can’t stand ketchup! Oh- forgot that when the food came out, there were no utensils to eat them with smh Had to flag a hostess down to bring me some which took about 5 mins. What’s that, strike 7?!? Then the green beans I ordered to replace the broccoli I originally ordered were sour! Had to spit them out. When the waitress came back by, I told her about my salmon and asked if I could replace the green beans with a side salad with ranch. It comes out drenched with balsamic, no ranch to be seen SMH Strike 8!!! I asked for a to go box and then she tells me the manager discounted our food and was going to give us a free dessert. I was surprised but ready to go. I ordered the strawberry cheesecake with ice cream to go because I was completely over the evening. When we get the check, there’s barely a discount! $9 off?! SMH Will NEVER be back.
