We went to celebrate for my daughters 18th birthday. It was a surprise for her and I purposely booked the reservation for their brunch menu and this menu is her favorite (which online doesn’t state any restrictions) . We went in and instantly there was an foul odor in the establishment. We were seated fast as we were the only ones there. As soon as the server greeted us he started to state all the items they did not have and that were unavailable. He left us to let us choose our meals and We proceeded to look at the menu and on the printed menu it had restrictions listed for the brunch menu . I asked for clarification and he confirmed what the printed menu said but that he could give us the classic waffle off the brunch menu. So we proceeded to order instead of leaving . In the end let’s say not only did they not have half the menu but also my daughters meal that was supposed to have the complimentary rubber duck - they did not have the rubber duck. When we received our drinks - we had to send my daughter drink back as it had debris floating inside and both quesadilla meals came without guacamole even though it clearly states guacamole on the menu the server said they never have guacamole And it never comes with it. The women bathrooms were not up to par as one sink was bagged off out of order. I expected better than this from a establishment of sugar factories caliber. The best part was the celebration where she got to choose her song and desert . In the end I was very disappointed and asked to speak with the manager - he said he’s been trying to get the menu online to reflect the restrictions and I informed him he should’ve called us to let us know that there were a lot of out of stock items and the menu would not fully available as the only reservation at that time. He did comp The desert and song/celebration which was valued at $20. I spent over $130 and it was not the experience I was expecting for my daughters big celebration.

The food is pretty average. The deserts are good and very showy, and I think that’s really the main attraction. The ambiance is nice and especially if it’s a special event they make a big show of making you feel special. It’s definitely not worth the price on the food and when we went SO MANY things ran out! No breaded chicken, no lobster, no this no that. They ran out of chicken in the middle of making my kids order and didn’t send anyone out to tell us until we asked why he hadn’t received his food! I would only go back for a special occasion and I’d order dessert only. I didn’t even like the mimosas 😬

This Sugar Factory has seen better days and the food is way too overpriced. I went to the one in Foxwoods and that one at least had a good atmosphere and lots of joy this Orlando one was so lacking it was sad. Such a bummer

They were out of everything basically, no non dairy substitute for a dessert for people with allergies to dairy, no hot sauce which is crazy because majority of the people you cater to at that location is people of color. The desserts and drinks were good. The mash potatoes, please add salt, the Cajun chicken, serious work needs done it. I couldn't taste the Cajun.

To start I have been here before about 5 years ago and it was fabulous. The candy/merch room was completely empty like a run down closed shop. The food came out cold and wasn’t cooked as ordered. No tomatoes got tomatoes, plain burger had cheese. They are famous for milkshakes… one was half melted and the brownie on top was stale. For the price you pay here this really is unexpected. Then the bow on top was the nastiest nasty on the edge of the table… wish I had noticed when we sat down I would have walked out. Our server was very polite and really tried her best with what she was working with. Save your money and try one of the newer places at Icon park.

We had reservations but still had to wait to be seated for at least 10 minutes. I tried ordering a dish which they said they were out of. My son’s meal was changed on their own decision because they were out of ingredients. My meal was actually good but because my other two daughter’s were gross I had to give mine to them. My daughter had French toast and it tasted sour, burnt. She only ate a half of one slice. My husband’s chicken sandwich was a joke. It was half a chicken sliced into two pieces. Overall it is overly priced and looks like it is about to go out of business soon. The candy store was nearly empty.

The whole place is very run down looking and seemed dirty. There were crumbs caked in our table edges, the walls and floors in the woman’s restroom was dirty. The men’s bathroom was out of order. Overall it just didn’t feel like a good experience.

Fun for kids and teens, cool drinks and good food. Probably was nicer at one time but a little run down. Candy store is basically non existent. Food service was slow and they got our order wrong. Birthday celebrations popular here with crazy desserts complete with sparklers. Very expensive but a good one time experience.

We weren’t visited by a server until we had been sitting for over 5 minutes. Then we were told they were out of all burgers and onion rings…at 7 on New Years Eve. We asked if we could substitute items on the sampler platter due to them being out, but were told the computer system wouldn’t allow that…and the server just walked away.
