Our daughter wanted a fun drink for her birthday. Drinks were way overpriced for what you get. Service was slow, and for a Friday night the place wasn’t very busy. The ice cream wasn’t a very good quality ice cream and it was expensive. It was a one and done for us.

Service was terrible. Our server did too much talking and not enough listening -asked too many personal questions which was very awkward. I asked for a recommendation between 2 menu items and she recommended an item that she never tried. It was clear that she was not familiar with the menu. The restaurant wasn’t crowded and I often had to remind her for things we needed like napkins.

Food was on par with a Chilis. Desserts were big and extravogent but brownies and donuts that were toppings were pre-frozen.

I didn't anticipate boujee. It was very loud and dark.. I didn't like the music. It was like being in a club. I don't like clubs.

Nothing at all like the experience you see on social media. The service wasn’t exceptional. They have a mandatory 20% service charge, so there’s no motivation for the waiters to provide you good service. They weren’t welcoming. We waited at the door and someone saw us and still took their time to get us seated. The food is overpriced. The drinks were fine. Honestly, for the money that you’re paying, you’re paying off going to a fine dining restaurant for a better experience. A sugar factory at a different location is worth a chance. Don’t recommend this one at all.

The location is very small, very busy, understaffed. Don’t order a steak. It won’t come back, correct. If you want to go to the Sugar factory, go to Chicago, Houston, Miami. Do not come to San Antonio….

Great Environment, Great Food, Great Customer Service….Family loved it. Recommend that you give it a try when in SA….it’s located next door to Margaritaville!
