   Liam was an amazing server. He was very knowledgeable and provided just the right amount of engagement . Definitely will choose Sullivans and Liam again!!

   The steaks we ordered medium were over cooked closer to medium well and well done. No red slightly pink at first cut. The waitress noticed the over cooked steaks after we started eating and had them sent back. New fillets were cooked and fresh sides brought over with our new properly cooked steaks. 5 stars for correcting the problem.

   I went for my birthday, It was just okay. The waitress did fix my order issues like the steak not being cooked the right temp and she said the mac and cheese was really good so i ordered that and it was smokey which I don’t care for. Maybe someone else would appreciate that. The crab rice is good! So i’m glad they let me replace it. The appetizers: calamari was super good however, the spicy shrimp rolls were not good and the oyster Rockefeller was just okay…they really packed a lot of spinach and cheese and i really couldn’t taste the oyster.  The drinks: I ordered a blueberry lemon drop it was okay, tasted like juice. the espresso martini was really good i would get that before the lemon drop. Overall bill was around $400 and it was me and two others with all our food and each of us ordered one appetizer. Just to give a more accurate reading of the prices.

   It was a wonderful experience, I love how romantic it was and how intimate they made our anniversary! I just hate I didn’t get the dessert in a plate that said Happy Anniversary, I’m not if I had to request it or not but I did tell them the occasion! Overall though it was good

   The place has a peculiar smell. Maybe the carpet is due for a replacement. We sat down there for 30 minutes and just had water. The server was friendly but the service was too slow. Took 15 minutes to order drinks, after we ordered the drinks, waited for another 15 minutes and left.

   Overall great meal. Personally my family and I felt the steaks could’ve been more flavorful. Cooked nice but could’ve almost used a steak sauce and at a place like this that’s not something you want. Overall good time.

   The service was terrible. I brought clients to dinner and our food not only took forever, but the servers who brought our food smelled like they had bags of weed in their pocket. Disappointing because this was my first and last time here.

   We decided to give this restaurant a try for our date night. First off the ladies bathroom in the front was disgusting. We sat in the bar area because we were too early for our reservation and didn’t want to wait. Our server was decent but she kept asking us the same questions about our order. I was thinking to myself why don’t you just write it down. The next thing was our food was taken to another table and then minutes later we received another tables food. We both ordered bone in ribeye which was burnt. My wife sent hers back and got another steak cut which was better. Lastly when it came to the check we paid and before we left another server brought someone else’s ticket and credit card to our table and walked away. We literally had to find someone to give the ticket and card back. We are honest people. Overall I don’t have to come back at all.

    STAY AWAY!!! The worst experience dining in memory. Horrible service, bad food and lousy environment. We had a reservation and were running late by about 10 minutes so we called to give them a heads up. The woman who answered lectured us about the 15 minute policy on holding reservations. When we got there (9 minutes late we waited about 10 minutes to be seated which is typical for a Saturday night at a busy restaurant. Then we were ignored for 20 minutes. Someone brought bread and water but no one came to introduce themselves, take a drink order….. for 20 minutes. I had to go to the hostess stand to complain before our waitress showed up. She was apologetic and nice but didn’t have an explanation. I asked to see the manager. After 10 more minutes, a manager who whispers and mumbles came over with a complementary order of egg rolls to attempt to make up for it. Would have been nice if they asked what we wanted. The egg rolls were horrible by the way. By the time we got our entrees it was an hour and 45 minutes later. The manager came back did the same mumbling whisper thing and told us he would do something on the bill which was he took off 50% of two entrees. A reasonable attempt to save an evening but we will not go back. The food was average for an Applebees, it was overpriced (there is an upcharge of $6 to get bacon on a wedge salad), I said enough about the service.
